Very cool place with no noises, nice environment nice breakfast and safety place. Staffs are proffessional with alot of hospitality

The accommodation is located in the heart of the UCT Campus and the staff there is very friendly and welcoming. The general area is very clean and quiet and the rooms are spotlessly clean. House keeping cleans every day and there is no better feeling than arriving to a freshly cleaned room after a long day of exploring the beautiful Mother City. I will not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit.

My team and I travelled there for the Cyber 9/ 12 strategy challenge and the service there was remarkable! Rooms are in perfect condition, the staff is always keen to help

I have been staying here for the past 7 days and still staying for another 5 days. The staff has been so hospitable and kind with me. However, today I experienced an operations manager, lady with bald hair who was so rude. I went to go get coffee I. The kitchen and she slammed the door behind me. She shouted to inform staff that they must close the door at 10. She did all of this in front of another client. That type of service is uncalled for, very inhospitable

The workers there have very good customer service. More especially Randy. She assisted us when we were lost. Also the guy from the reception even though i didnt get his name. Keep it up!
