Arriadh Hotel

I really don't understand why this hotel has 4.5 stars. I suggest you read some of the 1 & 2 star reviews - most of which are 10 years old - because things haven't improved! Our room was cold and dark, with virtually no facilities at all, no fridge, no minibar, no tea-making, no food available in the non-existent restaurant, not even a tv (never seen that before), but we soon realised why: the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything that's going on next door. The mattress was completely bùggered with two massive dips either side. It was like sleeping in a hammock! Also, a piece of spring had popped out one side, just where your thigh goes when you're getting in and out (photo), and I was gouged on 2 or 3 occasions! The toilet was right 'in' the bedroom, so no privacy, wifi was poor, access to the hotel was 1km up a rough cart track that made us wish we'd come in our 4x4. God knows what it must be like in the dark! If you want to visit Ronda, then don't stay here, unless you have a car (or preferably a 4x4). The only saving grace was the nice breakfast that we were able to take overlooking the beautiful view of the valley.

Arriadh is in a beautiful, rural setting and has drop-dead gorgeous views. Our room had a tiny balcony with the same lovely view but the room itself was quite basic. Furnishings throughout are long in the tooth. Breakfast was basic and, essentially, prepackaged. Good place to stay if aware of the limitations. Would return.

We had a great stay at the Arriadh hotel. It is such a beautiful boutique hotel on a hill overlooking the village of Arriate. Waking up in the morning with that view.. I will never forget that! Nor the hospitality of the host, always with a smile, who serves the excellent breakfast in the morning and prepares a "family dinner" for all hotel guests. We had a great stay!

We loved this small hotel! It is a short drive from the center of Ronda, up on a hill with beautiful views and a lovely property with patio and infinity pool. It is within walking distance of downtown Arriate which has some nice bars/restaurants. The view was breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets. The breakfast was lovely and can be served indoors or out. A small bar is available as well as sandwiches upon request. The gentlemen who run this hotel could not have been more friendly, hospitable and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Despite the less favourable weather, we really enjoyed our stay in Ariadh Hotel. We received a very nice treatment by the two Dutch owners, making you feel welcome and almost like at home. The bedroom was clean and stylish decorated. Bathroom very clean and super modern. Ground floor rooms (3 of 6) have own terrace and the garden offers several nice spots to relax. We did not try the swimming pool but this also looked very attractive for when in warmer circumstances. Breakfast is included and we enjoyed the fresh juice and bread, and great Americano coffee. Make sure you don't arrive when it's dark as the road up the hill is rather steep and not paved well. We can recommend a stay at Ariadh hotel.

L'accueil est chaleureux et les 2 propriétaires s'investissent dans la qualité de service. Le déjeuner débute par un jus d'orange fraichement préparé et par la suite, si vous voulez des œufs, ils seront préparés à votre gout. La salle de bain est nettoyé à tous les matins. Selon le moment de l'année, le chemin menant a l'hôtel peut être cahoteux!
