Cardinal Hotel St. Peter anmeldelser

STAY AWAY from this place. I've travelled a lot. But this was the most horrible and miserable experience in my life. We spent 2 nights there and moved to another hotel on January 2d, when I noticed that a bag with my passport and some valuables (cost 3000+ Euro) was missing. First thing next morning we rushed to this place because there was a chance that the bag had been somehow left in the room. The receptionist got super hostile at once. "No, we don`t find anything". (He hardly checked). "No, we don`t have video surveillance". (We asked them to check if the bag was with us when we were leaving - to THEIR advantage). LIE. When I pointed to the camera facing the entrance, he was like "Oh, we keep the video for 40 minutes only, to protect our customers’ privacy" (********!) When I said we were going to the police he finally wrote down my details and said they would contact me later with the results. NOBODY called me in a whole month! Nobody. Even to say sorry. Which means that they either found a thief among their staff and covered him. Or they don't give a damn about their customers. Both options are totally inappropriate for a 4-star hotel. Please, AVOID THIS PLACE at any cost! PS To be precise, the hotel is very worn. Breakfast was old (from yesterday's products most probably) and cold.

Needed laundry service done but they didn’t offer and WiFi was unreliable. But nice room and great location next to major tourist areas.

Though I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water. Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral. Overall experience is good for the value of money

Güzel bir otel çalışanları güler yüzlü memnun kaldım. Sürekli tercih ediyorum bu oteli.

入住第一晚沒有熱水，但是酒店拒絕任何賠付或退款。房間設施破舊。不推薦該酒店。

Gute Lage, Parkplatz inklusive. Frühstück und Personal sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了

還OK，床品毛巾之類的還是很新的，位置也不錯，門口就是公交站，總體感覺不錯，但是鏡子對着床，這讓我不能接受。我很害怕。

Großes Hotel , die Zimmer sind nicht groß! Möbel und ganze Ausstattung veraltet! Würde sagen ehe 2* Hotel als 4*. Frühstück geht noch. Tiefgarage inklusive.

酒店房間味道大，蚊子多，早餐差😤位於周邊贓亂差環境中，原來訂3晚的，由於孩子被蚊子咬的，吵的不可開交……此酒店顯示每晚77歐，但實際上我們付160歐以上，果斷提前衹臨時住了2晚後退房。雖有經攜程客服説明問題，但還是沒有處理好… 是歷來歐洲行最差的住店體驗… 非常不推薦此家酒店… 和攜程網的介紹差異比較大…
