Very clean, friendly staff. Our room was pretty big, very comfortable bed. It’s close to metro and train station.

This was my second time staying at the Cross hotel. The hotel is situated in a good location, right next door to the ruins of the old aqueducts, and is near the Colosseum in the old part of the town. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean both times I stayed there, and I was pleased with the daily change of towels! Breakfast was good also. I’ll definitely choose this hotel during my next stay in Rome!

The only downside to this hotel is the very bad sound proofing for the room with a connecting door. Don’t advice people traveling with family to choose this hotel because we hear clearly the “passionate activity” next door all night. It was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, location is good and the overall cleanliness is good. Choose wisely!

If I could I would give them a 0 on the review, horrible customer service, and the people at the reception were very rude and bad attitude, we stayed there for 3 days and from day 1 I told them that the fridge was not working, I told that that I needed the fridge because we had bought some stuff that needed to be cool so that they would not go bad ,they said they would send someone, then the next day someone came from the “technicians” had a look told us “ oh no this is not good but it’s not my job tomorrow someone will come to fix it tell the manager” then tomorrow came I told them again they said “ oh no today is Saturday no one is working today” so we left and the fridge was not fixed, i even asked if they had a place I could leave it with them with no luck, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay there, it’s not even in a good location far from everything.

No facilities, like gym or pool, limited menu at the only place you can eat or drink which is the out door bar area and the roof top bar does not exist

Great location. Clean room.. Booked a double room but was given a twin room with 2 separate small beds instead.

Perfect stay and helpful staffs! Was welcomed and assisted in all best possible on the last day of our stay when a strike happened in Milan.

Exceeded our expectations. Everything was good. Close to the metro station, clean, great services. Cannot talk about the food because we did not eat there. Maybe would have been good to have some slippers in the room, as i doubt most people bring their own, especially if it's a short trip, but besides that everything was good. Would definitely come back.

Everything was amazing!!!

Everything was ok, generally walls are thin in Europe. I can hear every word of what next door is talking during the entire time every second.

It is very good hotel to stay. The air conditioners is nice in high temperature. And the room big enough for family stay. And 20nimutes to visit the famous places by walk

Hotel rooms are poorly soundproofed, almost none. The movement of the corridor could be heard clearly in the room, and every morning was woken by the noise of the neighbours. This is definitely not a suitable place to rest and not worthy of its price.
