Walls in our room were dirty and dusty. Mold in the bathroom and around our window. A/C controlled by front desk, so you have to call for them to turn it off and on, kind of annoying. Entrance to the museum of Vatican is across the street, so too many people in front of the hotel all the time. Noise in the morning from other guests and house keeping can get loud. Worst part is check out at 10am. Definitely not staying there again.

It’s quite basic. Good as a stopover. Literally in front of the Vatican museum where there is a massive queue. Close to great restaurants. Breakfast was basic. However it is not a large hotel.

Service from staff was excellent. We were always glad our room was clean and had fresh towels daily. Breakfast choices were also awesome. Two things I’m not 100% glad with was the absence of AC in the room which was uncomfortable at night even with 2 windows open. We came first week of April and it was hot. Also the start of breakfast could be earlier like 6am as we had to leave the hotel for activities around 6am in some days of our stay. But overall I still would say this is a great hotel especially for the location.

Nice hotel in close proximity to vatican city, smooth check in/out procedures.

一般吧 比較舊 前台的老頭有點傲慢 位置很好就在梵蒂岡博物館入口對面 很方便

這個酒店都好垃圾的，frontdesk 強迫我入住，態度十分地冷淡，一點也不尊重旅客，有事甚至會使用言語攻擊不建議入住。
