A chic hotel in a fantastic location near the palatine hill. Service was kind and attentive and the welcome drink and evening drink were an unexpected bonus. The room and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel environment is well designed and cleaned. Reception is nice and helpful as well as polite.

運氣好真好我在***********沒有訂到，反而在攜程訂到這間酒店。這家酒店地點太方便了，去景點走路十幾分鍾就到了。服務對客人更是熱情，我都不知道他們哪裡來的精力！

這是我在歐洲住過最棒的酒店之一！店主非常的熱情好客且耐心，還為我們提供了免費的bar和lunch以及給了我們一張城市地圖還附上了講解。 酒店房間非常乾淨，香香的，很新，早餐無敵好吃，並且這家酒店的所以服務人員都有非常好的服務態度😭我簡直太喜歡了！！！！！如果還有機會來羅馬我一定會選擇再次入住！

住店體驗一流，酒店還非常貼心的送上餐廳推薦清單，我試過幾家酒店推薦的餐廳，非常棒。前台小姐姐 Charlotte 非常熱情友好，主動幫忙訂了餐廳，訂出租車，希望酒店能看到她的出色。

非常喜歡，近角鬥場。酒店服務非常好，服務人員友善熱心。晚上頂樓夜景太棒了，還有屋頂游泳池和酒吧服務。

位置非常好，服務也不錯，就是洗澡水很小。

I found this hotel via a Rick Steves book & there was a promotional discount code, and they did apply the discount code. Pros: Top notch staff - professional, friendly, welcoming, & efficient Waking distance from a lot of cool sites Surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores Very clean Comfortable beds Complimentary wine tokens given for lunch & dinner Smart TV in the room so you can watch YouTube or mirror your phone to the TV during your downtime Given a daily complimentary bottle of water Complimentary robes & slippers Cons (minor, but just giving a heads up of items some readers may want to consider): The fridge is a mini bar, but there is enough space to store something small if you need to. The location looks a bit off putting bc there were sleeping bags & pillows a few steps away signaling potential homeless people sleeping there, but the hotel doesn't play about security - you have to be buzzed in. No key cards, an actual key is used to access your room & cut on the power. Room safe is traditional lock & key. Check out is pen, paper, & calculator not like current hotels with a computer based process. Not a big deal, but I felt bad when I asked for a detailed receipt and the gentleman at the desk had to create one by hand. The pancakes. Not to yuck anyone's yum, but they just weren't worth 9.50 € Overall, I'd still give a 5 bc it really was a very nice stay. If you're in a rush to a scheduled tour and maybe not yet confident in grabbing something nearby, then i do recommend eating at the hotel. That's what we did until we got more familiar with the area and the flow of the city. The staff, in particular the tall, blond lady whose name slips my mind, was so awesome! She was literally the kindest person I met in Rome. She was so kind, bubbly, helpful, welcoming... the list of positives just goes on and on. She definitely deserves a raise &/or promotion!

Nerva is a lovely boutique hotel. They provide exceptional services. They arranged pick up from airport and transportation to the port for our cruise at the end of our stay. The entire hotel is lovely with the most friendly staff that makes you feel part of their family. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They helped us with recommendations on where to eat and sightseeing. Always asking what we needed and how our day was after returning from sightseeing. Food is excellent. Entire hotel is spotless. They provide a safe in the room. We were given a book on Rome, a tote bag and a water bottle as mementos. Can’t say enough! Highly recommend!

This little hotel really IS a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and most comfortable. The staff is uniformly delightful and will happily assist you with anything you need. The breakfasts are so good that we went every single morning, and I'd give them a SIX if I could. Plus the location is really great, too. We liked it so much that we hated to leave!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is in a great location where we could walk to many of the main sites in 10-15 mins. The staff are very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend anyone stay here if they are looking for a great hotel in the heart of Rome.

Location, Location, Location! Yet, it's tucked on a side street with little traffic. Ideal starting point for all sites, just be prepared to walk ALOT. This is very close to the colosseum. Accommodations are very stylish, staff extremely welcoming and attentive to guests needs. The breakfast offerings were expansive, as is the space to sit, relax and enjoy- be Italian! Beds and pillows just right for us! All rooms in Italy are small- they use their space efficiently. A wonderful hotel makes all the difference when traveling. Nerva hits the mark!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn't be better- a short to medium length walk to nearly EVERYTHING! The room and bathroom seemed smaller than photos, yet were very well appointed with several gifts waiting for us. The star of the show is the staff! We mostly dealt with Olga and Pouya (I hope I got that right) who were always outstanding with their warmth and assistance. Pouya made me an Aurora Spritz which was one of the BEST DRINKS IN MY LIFE! Definitely Recommended!
