Arpinelli Relais

Loved the location! Very easy to get to anything in Trevi. The fountain was a 2 minute walk. Tons of eating and drinking establishments within a short walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommend an Uber cuz they will come to the door where a taxi won’t and you have to drag you luggage to meet them.

We would highly recommend Arpinelli Relais to anyone visiting Rome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The AC worked great and the shower was awesome. Due to its location, there are a lot of shops and restaurants literally steps away. Arpinelli is also located just one block from the Trevi Fountain with the Pantheon just 5 min further. It was only a 20 min walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish steps and the Victor Emmanuel building. The Vatican is also walkable, just a little further. Since it is in a busy area, there was some evening noise, but we were so tired from our days, it didn’t really bother us. Zara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. She was very helpful with restaurant tips and setting up our shuttle from and to the airport. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Hotel in a great location! Many options for coffee, dinning, drinks, shopping etc. It is a rather busy area (which we loved) with the Trevi Fountain within 2mins walk; but because it's a busy area, public transit options were great too with the Metro station in comfortable walking distance. Hostess of this hotel was amazing! She upgraded us to a suite, and welcomed us with bottle of wine. Very warm and professional, she gave us a map, highlighted dinner spots, money exchange places (which we asked for) etc. and made us feel taken care of. We actually did try her dinner recommendation and it ended up being our favorite restaurant of the entire trip. The room itself was huge, clean and beautiful with gold details all over. We LOVED our stay and will definitely stay here again when in Rome. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the stay here. They provide assistance with everything from transportation to and from the airport and helping with directions around the city. Very busy location but this hotel made it worth it. They have an elevator and air conditioning which is rare to have in Rome. The place is kept very clean. Macarena is a big plus having her there. She was great with the help she gave us.

Authentic Italian experience. Family owned hotel with excellent staff. Very helpful from the moment we arrived. Situated 2 minutes from the Trevi fountain and lots of restaurants around you. We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is charming. Everything is immaculate and the staff was very caring when our flight was overbooked and we arrived later than expected. The decor is really special and fits in with the charm of the area. As others said,when you stay here, you are super close to the Trevi Fountain and shops and restaurants. Colosseum and Roman Forum are a 20-30 minute walk away. Awesome location. Very walkable area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location, cleanliness, safety, and staff especially Zara at the front desk is exceptional. The place is so clean, so close to the Trevi, Spanish Steps, shops and amazing restaurants. The AC was amazing especially that it was so hot when we went. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back. They also offer airport pick up and drop off which was a great place.
