The check in was very bad the Host said that I must wait until he reach in 30 min in a very bad way The cleaning is very bad they don't change the bed items

Svar fra overnatningssted: Your Travel agency NEVER advised us on your arrival time, so of course we had let you wait 30 minutes because we didn't know of your arrival at all. As for the cleanings, you were the worst guest someone can have, as the room was incredible dirty every day (I have pcutures to prove this). You used to leave the room is a terrible very dirty condition. Also, you used our kitchen as a restaurant, eating out food (for free) like crazy H-24. We found in your room tons of our food taken from the common area. Last thing, you did a lot of confusion (rooms close to yours complained) talking very loud all night long. Guests like you shouldn't travel but stay home.

Tutto perfetto!!! Vorrei ringraziare Marco davvero per la gentilezza che ha avuto nei miei confronti. Avevo già soggiornato due anni fa qui e non è cambiato nulla solo migliorato se si poteva. Pulizia 10, bagno impeccabile , lenzuola pulite , non c’era un centimetro di polvere. gentilezza 10, colazione fresca con brioche buonissime tutte le mattine, yogurt, nutella , acqua, dolce , salato. Bagno impeccabile, pulizia nelle camere perfetta, televisione con prime, Netflix e tutto quello che serve, wfi. Inoltre Marco è disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi richiesta, io sono arrivata tardissimo e lui è stato super gentile. Posizione top. Sono andata. E tornata in centro a piedi. Davvero consiglio a tutti. Grazie di cuore 🙏
