Roma Five Suites

It was the best place I have ever been to. The atmosphere is awesome and friendly, the view is picturesque, the location is perfect - the very city centre, the breakfasts are very local and delicious. The personnel are very helpful and friendly. Loved every detail of this place. Highly recommend to stay there !

Stayed for couple nights and it was really great. From beginning to end all staff were very friendly and tried to help wherever they can. Room was large with all necessary amenities and overall very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and something really different. Location is very good and within walking distance from various attractions, restaurants and transport. Highly recommended.

Outstanding cleanliness and hospitality!! Roma five suites is spacious and modern. The location is great and very walkable to a lot of the main sites like the colosseum and pantheon. We loved our time there and the staff was very helpful in finding us excursions and food recommendations. The breakfast was amazing as well.

My girlfriend and I visited Rome for her 30th birthday. After reading a few gleaming reviews of this place it was a no brainer to stay here, and what an incredible stay it turned out to be. The owner Pietro is the most generous, friendly and welcoming man, every morning he would greet us with a selection of incredible food with a description of where it’s from, along with some treats from local bakeries and home cooked goodies from his wife. On my partners birthday, Pietro greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco and 2 glasses to enjoy when we returned to the room. The room was absolutely spotless, incredible facilities, I genuinely can’t fault anything about our stay, it was perfect. The moment you walk through the door you’re made to feel at home. The location was perfect, you really are in the heart of Rome. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. Thank you Pietro for making our stay so special.

The most perfect stay, this guest house is located in the centre of everything, 10 minute walk from the colosseum, trevi fountain etc, restaurants located all around, and they give you a list of their top recommendations too! The hosts were amazing, anything we needed was never too much to ask For breakfast we mainly had fresh croissants, cheese/meats, and fruit, but we were also offered eggs/omelette if we wanted! We had each other’s WhatsApp numbers so any questions or issues we had we could just send over and would get a reply asap Very cold water fountain always available too so make sure you take a bottle to keep topped up during your stay, there’s free fountains all over Rome that are safe to drink from Rooms were beautiful, it was in what seemed like an old office/apartment flats that have been renovated to rooms, you got your own key to the main downstairs door too so could come and go as you like and five suites is on the 3rd floor All the staff were so lovely and helpful, such a hidden gem, I would recommend this place to anyone, we will be returning!

Can’t fault anything with the place. It’s in the perfect location with everything being a 10-15 min walk away. The staff could not do enough for you and made us feel at home. The host especially was super accommodating and made the loveliest breakfast. Would recommend Roma Five Suites to anyone!!!!

This was literally a last minute booking and we could not have made a better choice. Our booking included breakfast but we told the receptionist we might not use it since we were scheduled on a early flight the next day. She contacted her colleague and then informed me that they were going to provide breakfast earlier for me. I thought that was nice. The next day my husband and I woke up a little too early so we decided to go for a stroll one last time. On our way out I saw a man by the reception area that looked at me and said good morning. I replied and didn't give it a second thought. Needless to say our stroll took longer than anticipated because we received a notification that our flight was delayed. When we walked back into the hotel, there was that man again. I thought it seemed odd. Turns out this man was the owner of the hotel. He was the colleague the receptionist had spoken about the day before and he was waiting for me in order to serve us breakfast. My husband and I felt absolutely horrible for leaving to take a stroll. We apologized to the man for the misunderstanding on our part. He was the most courteous man. He quickly provided us with an array of first class pastries that my mouth just adored. We couldn't believe what excellent service we were receiving. We will gladly stay here again. By the way the rooms are excellent. We booked two rooms, because we traveled with our teenage son and he took the second room. The rooms are gorgeous. We will gladly stay here again. Thank you

We enjoyed five nights here recently. The location was even better than I expected. One could walk to the Colosseum, the Pantheon and a multitude of restaurants. One day we took a taxi to the Vatican but discovered that the walk back was easy. Our room was ample-sized with lots of different lighting choices. The bathroom was very modern and the rainfall shower head was a good foot in diameter! And, certainly not lastly, the breakfast every morning served by Pietro, the owner, was superb! He explained what area of Italy that the fruit, meats and other goodies came from. He served delicious Italian version of croissants that he picks up daily from a bakery. We would definitely stay here again!

"What a great experience to end our trip to Europe. The Roma 5-suites had great accommodation and even more wonderful staff. The communication leading up to our visit was exceptional and when we arrived, it could not have been more friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious and got a bit of a view of Piazza Venezia. Breakfast was a highlight - tip, be hungry. Sets you up for the day. Would definitely stay here again."
