Unfortunately due to a very urgent problem my daughter couldn't go. She tried to contact the hotel by phone, by email, by Booking. She even translate her mails to Italian but never managed to speak with the hotel or receiving an answer to her mails. We're foamily that travel a lot, we visited Rome few times in the last year but never ever had such a bad experience with any of the hotels.

We stayed here with our family and found it to be very comfortable and an ideal base for city sightseeing. We were well looked after by the delightful, friendly and helpful staff , Claudia and Lavinia . We would stay here again. Elizabeth and Martin Humphries

The hotel is situated on one of the main streets in Rome which is an excellent location. All the major attractions are in walking distance which was one of the best things about this hotel. The hotel is within an apartment block with a handful of rooms. The staff are super friendly and were very helpful with any questions and help we needed during our stay. The room was clean and a brilliant size. Overall we had an excellent stay, I recommend and would definitely return.

What a pleasant surprise while staying at Florea Palace. Great service an excellent staff. Everything we needed daily. And right in the city center not far from any sites you might want to visit. A grocery store is a block away and the staff is always on hand to help find one of a hundred great restaurants near by. Definitely if ever in Rome again FP will be where we stay!!

The location is the highlight, close to everything and you can do everything by walking, which is very convenient in Rome. Highlight for the hotel staff, Lavinia, Cláudia and Hugo all you guys are really special people and we only have thanks for the affection and attention in all situations. Stayed here for 3 days highly recommended it staff were so helpful the room was really nice and the hotel isn’t to far from any off the attractions. Loads of nice places for food and little spots for coffee and stuff around.10/10

Adresse centrale proches de différentes places, du marché et d’une station de taxis. Accueil très sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes, très propres, la salle de bains également. Ce guest house est silencieux. Service top Un espace permet de travailler en tranquillité. Je recommande.

Siamo stati accolti da Lavinia che fin da subito è stata disponibile e molto gentile facendoci sentire a casa. La struttura è ubicata in una delle strade più importanti di Roma che permette di spostarsi a piedi ovunque con molta facilità. La nostra stanza é molto luminosa, super pulita e con nuovi arredi. La zona comune, soggiorno/cucina è spaziosa ed è fornita di molti utensili ed elettrodomestici. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci!!!
