Great place with great host! Mario help us a lot before and during our stay. Rooms are clear and very comfortable. Every morning we have a very nice and delicious breakfast. In property there is very nice and cosy relaxing area. Next time when we go to Rome again we obviously will go to this place again!

Beautiful and clean rooms. Free WiFi and rooms air conditioned. Lovely place to have breakfast , lunch and dinner up on the top terrace before heading off into Rome for the day. Quick and easy links from Rome station. Will be booking again! Thanks Mario!

It was such a a joy to stay at the B & B Abbraccia Morfeo. It's so quiet and secure, so peaceful. The wisteria was in bloom over our balcony, adding to the lovely ambience of the place. Such an idyllic setting with a lovely courtyard to take in. It was fun to watch the 4 cats that roam the property. Two of them walked right into our room! The black cat loves to be petted; I was happy to oblige. The bed and pillows were perfect and the rooftop was a great spot for enjoying the sunshine. The host, Mario, is a wonderful communicator and is eager to please. Mario fixes a wonderful breakfast for the guests in his 3 rooms. You will have plenty of fuel for exploring. It's a quick tram ride to the main terminal, so that's an added bonus. Waking up to birdsong, seeing an orange tree out the bathroom window...heaven. I will happily stay there again if I have the privilege to do so.

This AirBnB was amazing. Our room was very comfortable, beautiful, and with a lot of character. It overlooked a lovely garden and you could see the mountains in the distance. The upstairs kitchen is bright, clean and very well equipped with anything you may need. Breakfast was perfect in terms of both quantity and quality. The nicest feature of the upstairs area is the outside space/rooftop that you can go to anytime during the day to relax, enjoy some sun or just have your coffee. The street is quiet so there is no disturbance which is quite nice after visiting the busy city centre. Mario was a very warm and welcoming host and we felt very comfortable with him around. We could definitely feel that the house is genuinely loved and well cared for so there is a cosy and homely feeling in the air. The distance from Termini station is also ideal and there is a direct tram taking you to the house. Very easy and convenient. I would recommend this stay to anyone and will definitely come back myself whenever I visit Rome again. Thank you Mario!

We had an unforgettable experience in the best sense possible. Perfectly clean room, breakfast really tasty. Mario was always eager to help and make sure we had everything we needed. If we come back to Rome we will always search if Mario's accomodation is available! Thank you!

Really cosy and welcoming B&B. Easy accesible by public transport on a quiet area of the Rome. Our room was super clean and cosy. Kitchen area and terace was accessible at all times and you could enjoy warm or not so warm evenings. Around B&B there were a few shops and also some good pizza places and restaurants.

The place was really clean, something that I appreciate the most in an apartment and I’m really difficult as a person! It was cozy! Upstairs was the place for breakfast and the outside was super nice for your morning coffee with a really good view! The location is 15 minutes on foot from the metro. The neighbourhood was amazing and for sure makes you feel like you’re a local! Last but not least our host was a really amazing person, really helpful and spend the time to explain to us our location, the metro stops and lines!(he also had a booklet that left us with instructions to our location, metro and buses) We arrived late and he was kind enough to wait for us and do all that! Amazing experience!

Отличный отель. Расположение прекрасное, до метро идти максимум минут 15, до трамвайной остановки минут 7. Удобно добираться до центра и главных достопримечательностей города. Отель оказался очень уютным, все продумано до мелочей. У нас был прекрасный номер с видом на сад, очень чистый, уборка была каждый день. Постельное белье, полотенца были белоснежными и очень свежими. Завтраки тоже были великолепными, каждый день что-то новое. Отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля. Хозяин очень радушный, без проблем заселил нас раньше времени, все рассказал и показал. Все продумано до мелочей, очень советую это место. Обязательно приедем еще.

Absolument parfait! Un accueil très chaleureux et agréable. Nous reviendrons assurément. Petit déjeuner très complet. Propreté impeccable. Accueil de notre chien avec prise en compte de ses besoins. Métro non loin permettant une visite facile de Rome.
