Fantastic location within walking distance to all sites you’ll want to see. Also within very easy reach of Trastevere for excellent restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and comfort rooms with outstanding bathrooms…their showers are next level. I have already recommended this place to several friends!

The hotel is delightful. Beautiful large room and stunning bathroom with very large shower. The hotel is so central and circa 10 minute walk to the Pantheon and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Very central The staff are simply lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend

Me and my partner have just returned from 4 nights in a Luxury Deluxe room at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it at all and are already looking into booking our next trip to Italy after having such a positive experience. Valentina went out of her way to help us from the minute we arrived, right until the moment we left. When we arrived she marked out all the key tourist spots on the map for us, and added a few personal favourites of hers. She also went out of her way to search for rooftop bars and a swimming pool for us when we mentioned that they were things we would like to do whilst in Rome. Even when we found out at 5am on the day we were meant to leave that our 8am flight had been cancelled she was up looking into other flights for us and helping us solve the problem. The room was spotless and was cleaned for us every day even though most days we didn’t leave the room until later than the final cleaning time and didn’t expect it to be done. Breakfast was delicious (Fresh croissants, bread, fruit, yougurt and juice) we looked forward to it every day and it was so handy that it was just dropped to the door so we could sit in our room and eat it in our robes that were provided so we didn’t need to get ready to go out for breakfast. The mini fridge was re stocked whenever drinks were taken so we never had to go without. There is a Co op just across the road which is extremely handy if you want to grab a snack or some drinks and all of the local tourist spots are no longer than a 20 min walk away. It was lovely that it was just a small hotel with only a few rooms as this meant there was no noise during the day or the night and we really felt like a priority. I couldn’t fault a single thing about the hotel and really appreciate Valentinas help and service during our stay. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!

This hotel behaved horribly with us, I do not advise anyone to stay there - unprofessional approach to the provision of services! We have booked a room in JB Relais hotel (Via Dei Giubbonari 47,00186, Rome) from Dec 19th till Dec 26th. But due to restriction for Ukrainian tourists to visit Italy from Dec 16th we didn't have an opportunity to use this booking. I have written to the hotel and described the situation, but they have debited the full amount of the booking immediately after receiving my message (including taxes and prepayment!!!). After that they didn't answer me, I haven't got a refund (even tourists taxes!)

L hotel est situe en plein centre historique de Rome a 15min a pied du colisee , de la fontaine de Trevi etc. On peut tout faire a pied. Beaucoup de restaurants ,bars ,boutiques.. nous avons pris une petite chambre Tres bien agencee et surtout tres propre. Le personnel est tres accueillant et aux petits soins. Le petit dejeuner est servi en chambre et copieux. Ils proposent egalement un service de voiturier pour vous recuperer a l aeroport et egalement pour votre retour. Nous avons vraiment apprecie cet hotel et surtout merci au personnel. Nous reviendrons

Posizione eccezionale, si raggiuge tutto a piedi . Ascensore d'epoca bellissimo ( attenzione dovete sempre chiudere le porte in caso contrario dovete andare al 3° piano a piedi) Ottima l'accoglienza e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo presto dalle 8,30 e sia al giorno di partenza. Ottimo il check-in alle 12,30 per la camera ed in tutti i casi se arrivi tardi, hai tutte le indicazioni per un self-check-in. Non ho preso la colazione in quanto conoscendo la zona abbiamo il nostro "Baretto" di riferimento. La camera è veramente ampia e con tutte le comodità , nespresso con un caffè omaggio al giorno così come thè, marmellata, fette biscottate , nutella e l'acqua del frigobar. Bagno con doccia grande con cromoterapia. Sicuramente consigliato , da ritornare.
