Little Queen Suite

I had a wonderful experience at Little Queen. It was clean, the people were kind, and it was a quiet place to sleep. I stayed in #2. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends, and when I return to Rome, I hope to stay there again. I lost my key the first night, and was able to call the emergency number and somebody came to help me get in right away. The location can’t be beat. It is directly across the street from newly excavated Roman ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated.

Unprofessionally run place. Could not even call it a hotel. No one is there before 9 and after 3pm. We are out all day need someone when come back, forget it. Have to call a special mumber for everything you may need. Place is need of a complete renovation. Walls mared and very old and dirty outdoor cushions couldnot sit on them. Romeo was great the day we were leaving. Not a 3 star. We paid for breakfasts and they did not serve til 8am. We had 8:30 tours so could not eat and get to destination. They would not credit for the breakfast we never ate. Staff came late in the morning and we needed to check out. We told her the day before we needed to check out by 9am.CC machine was not charged so we had to wait and....our taxi was waiting to take us to airport. Plenty of places to stay for less money and probably nicer. Location was why it got 2 stars.

I booked and paid in advance a superior room for two nights for my wife on a business trip. She arrived at the B&B around 7.30pm on a very hot evening, the reception was closed. She followed some instructions that diverted her to a cramped attic on the 4th floor because her room had been assigned to other guests without any reason or notice, and there were no other rooms left for the night. She climbed an iron ladder with her luggage to reach it. Inside the narrow space, minibar was off, the toothbrush holder and other basics were missing. Most of all, the sliding glass front door was broken and it took hours to be restored. Even the key was bad and remained stuck. My wife called the manager, who replied annoyed. He sent a random assistant who, however, couldn't solve the problem. Feeling the discouragement of my wife on the phone, I called the owner, Vittorio, asking for explanations. His answer, literally: "I don't care at all, if your wife is not fine with it, look for another place and I will give your money back". How can a lonely woman find another accommodation at 9pm in Rome? Finally, Vittorio got there and somehow handed over a different key that worked and possibly realigned the door. The next day my wife wrote him early in the morning to say she would have stayed in the room because she needed to study business papers. Suddenly, she found some workers in her room to repair a gazebo on the terrace, a long and noisy intervention she had never requested that denied her rest, privacy and work. At that point, my wife asked and obtained to be moved into a Superior room and got the chance of a late check out on the day of departure. That evening she, along with other guests, remained outside the main door of the building because the opening button didn't work. The Little Queen management is left to chance, as the owner proved to be completely improvised. An arrogant and uncaring man, who considers his clients just like numbers or cash dispensers.

El hotel es perfecto si tu idea es patear Roma y pasar el mínimo tiempo en la habitación. Está céntrico a cualquier lugar, la habitación es grande y el baño más que suficiente también. El acceso al hotel es cómodo y las instrucciones para acceder a él si llegas más tarde de la hora a la que están son claras y sencillas. Además el personal es muy amable. La única pega que pondría es que las habitaciones están pegadas a la recepción porque es un hotel muy pequeñito y es bastante posible que te despierten cuando empieza la hora del desayuno. A nosotros no nos importó porque nuestra idea fue madrugar lo máximo posible, por lo que no nos supuso un problema el ruido que se pudiese escuchar a primera hora.

Chambre spacieuse et propre, personnel très gentil. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à 2 pas du ghetto et pas loin de tous les monuments. Je recommande !! Petit bémol : les murs sont très fins, pas de chance pour nous, nous étions à côté de personnes qui mettent la télé à fond en pleine nuit et qui tapent sur les murs.

Non è oro tutto ciò che luccica! In rapporto al costo sostenuto per la camera doppia la qualità lascia a desiderare! La pulizia non era impeccabile, come ci si aspetta da una struttura simile, pavimenti datati, il letto matrimoniale accoglieva due distinti materassi poco comodi, poco agevole l'accesso alla Camera dal terrazzo con scala in ferro, area tra l'altro adibita alla colazione, cabina armadio poco funzionale per chi supera la statura media.Unica nota positiva: la posizione centrale della struttura.
