Good location, just 5 mins walking from Rome termini station. Don’t like bath room setting and it is small.

Everything was perfect and excellent with this hotel except just one thing. I think I accidentally happened to leave something behind me when I checked out. I've tried to text and call this hotel quite several times in vain. No reply and no answer even so far. All the good impressions on this hotel vanished just like smoke.

A great location which is near to Termini station in Rome. You can basically go around Rome from this hotel for its convenient location. Our room is good enough, two single beds put together and there was also an extra bed which we did not expect but all good. The bed and pillows are soft enough and the AC is cool enough for a hot summer in Rome. The amenities inside are basic but enough for our needs. Great for a quick 2 or 3 days in Rome and it is not expensive at all.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. 3 stars at most. First we got a room with broken AC, after talking to the reception they said they will send someone. The guy just looked at it, played with the controller and said 15 minutes. After about half an hour I told them again the AC is nonfunctional, then they changed us to other room. This time we had a mini fridge, something the other room didn't have. But in the other room the AC was making noise. So the other day I asked them to fix it, then this guy again shows up and says tomorrow he can fix, and the next day he didn't fix anything. At that point I didn't care because we just had to sleep and leave the next day. The reception service is random, sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad. In my opinion the foreigners didn't do a good job there. The cleaners can come early in the morning 9am, or afternoon around 15:00. Seems they lack staff to cover everything. If you care only about the location like I did, I'd recommend it. But if you want to stay in hotel for some time, then don't. P.s. They got a storage room for luggage that is always open and no one cares about. No one stole our stuff, but basically anyone can enter this room and take whatever they want.

The only good thing is that it is very close to Termini Station. You can easily pick the City bus and train. The hotel is old, not very well maintained, for a pair of slippers they charge money, for water they recommend using the machine. The pictures are not accurate. The breakfast is quite good. Part of the personnel - the foreigners are very helpful and friendly, but the Italians not so much. The water was dripping from the air conditioning. The rooms are not very well maintained. The cleaner did a good job, cleaning and we were very happy. They installed a soap and shampoo dispenser after we checked in, even if the door had the sign of not disturb. I would not really recommend this hotel.

Good location near Roma Termini Stazione. Especially with my favourite restaurant around. Highly recommended!

Room was rather small and bathroom did not have hooks for clothing. Dryer provided was rather lacking as well. Overall, did not seem like a 4 star hotel with the rather old fittings. However, very conveniently located beside the railway station.

Great location, affordable and clean enough. A little dated, but a good spot to rest.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, 2 min walk from Rome Termini station which is useful for train transport but also busses and the metro system. Staff was very kind. The hotel is quite old and the interior design shows it a bit but it’s maintained well and it does have charm to it. The only remark I could possibly make is that there is no shower curtain. Hotel is clean. Really good choice if you’re looking for a decent room for a decent price.

Did not enjoy our experience. Sad to say, but hotels in Rome seem to always disappoint.

Good location. Quiet and decent room, though not big. Breakfast is enough. The worst of all is the left luggage service. Actually there is no Service. A space with racks is open to anyone, yes, ANYONE even the outsider to walk in without any intervention or supervision of the hotel staff. You are free to put your luggage in , nobody will give you any receipt . We put our three luggage on the rack and when we returned, they were thrown by other users onto different spaces in the room, but its lucky to get them back. I wonder how many luggage were stolen.
