The guest house is located on the ground floor in an old building close to the A line metro station. The room was quite spacious and certainly enough for two people. The room was cleaned every day for free but there was a "Do not disturb" option. Although the breakfast wasn't served, we had the possibility to mąke it ourselves. This included Access to the kitchen appliences and a pre-filled minifridge. The guest house owner owner was very helpful: we were able to chęci in a little earlier and he even showed us how to get to the most important places. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely recommend it.

Proprietari gentilissimi posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Termini ma non vicinissima 15/20 minuti a piedi camera nuovissima e con tutti i confort necessari giusto il prezzo ci ritorneremo per la colazione si ha disposizione la cucina dove c'è di tutto e anche in camera frigo bar tutto compreso nel prezzo un sentito ringraziamento a Matteo per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza

Excelente alojamiento cercano a termini y centro de roma, se puede caminar o en taxi, la habitación es súper cómoda, limpia y remodelada. Con baño en suite moderno y dejan queques, jugos , agua y cosas para prepararse un rico desayuno ya qué hay frigobar en dormitorio pero también en cocina común que dejan para preparaciones. Además se pueden dejar maletas en chekout para seguir visitando.

Siamo venuti in questa Guest House a maggio(20-22) e ci siamo trovati molto bene! - Personale molto cordiale con consigli utili sui mezzi di trasposto da prendere e gli itinerari per le maggiori atttrazioni di Roma, - Metro a due passi(fermata Manzoni) - Pulizia e servizi eccellenti Personalmente ho trovato molto carina l'idea della colazione autogestita, la cesta gigante con dentro praticamente tutte le merendine del supermercato( che viene riempita nuovamente alla mattina) e la cucina sempre a disposizione. Sicuramente un'opzione valida quando torneremo a Roma! Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza durante il periodo natalizio per una notte e chiesto di fare il check-in presto. Il personale ci ha dato l'opportunità di entrare alle 11 di mattina, nella stanza abbiamo trovato due piccoli panettoni e delle bottiglie d'acqua. Nella stanza c'era un cestino di merendine, del latte fresco ed alcuni snack. La camera era pulita, spaziosa ed abbastanza accogliente. Il B&B ha una cucina condivisa abbastanza spaziosa e ben equipaggiata, ci sono diversi dolci per la colazione e tutto l'occorrente per cucinarsi. La metro si trova a 5 minuti a piedi o se si cammina per una mezz'oretta, si può arrivare al Colosseo.

La camera era come in foto: bella e pulita. posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e a 10 minuti a piedi dal colosseo, in più la zona è tranquilla. Personale davvero gentili, disponibili e davvero accoglienti. appena arrivati ci hanno mostrato come muoverci a piedi e con i mezzi in più molto disponibili anche al telefono quando gli abbiamo chiesto varie informazioni. Ci tornerei assolutamente

All'arrivo in questa bella struttura, la titolare, la signora Laura, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Ci ha fatto trovare una camera bella, comoda, pulita e fornita di ogni cosa necessaria per soggiornare comodamente. Nel bagno in camera, fornito di tutto, la doccia ampia è un particolare piacevole per chi viaggia. Cornetti, muffin, crostatine varie ci sono state fornite in abbondanza per la colazione e ci è stata messa a disposizione la saletta con tavolini e sedie, tostapane, macchina per il caffè con capsule, the e tisane di ogni genere. L'acqua fresca in frigorifero ci ha dissetato dopo un viaggio in treno un po' stancante. Vicinissima alla metro, questa struttura è un posto ideale per muoversi per lavoro o vacanza. Lo consigliamo!
