Утюга или отпаривателя нет. Вечером на ресепшене персонал не говорит на Английском. Сейф с очень странной системой.
Возможно, лучшее предложение по соотношению цена/качество в этом районе (плюс завтрак включен), но это все ещё очень дорого в сравнение с другими городами Европы.

The staff are very accommodating, friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms had all necessary facilities. The bathroom was a good size and shower was good. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. This is a budget hotel, relatively small but for my family, it was good. Location is okay, not perfect but anything closer to the centre is 2x more expensive. It gave us an excuse to walk around and explore. The trams and buses are immediately outside the hotel in the Piazza so getting around is easy. Thank you Hotel Latinum!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The hotel was clean, the room comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast very good. Although the hotel is not directly in the city centre it’s possible to walk to the Colosseum in 30 minutes, there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and the nearest metro an uncomplicated walk in 10 minutes. Also close by is the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore well worth a visit and certainly less crowded than St Peter’s. Archeology surrounds this little hotel and it even has a glass floor in the lobby to view the remains underneath. Definitelyrecommend a stay here.

A very comfortable little boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, conveniently situated for visiting the Colosseum, Vatican City, and other historical sites. The staff are friendly, hospitable and helpful, and the breakfasts are simply delicious!

Clean hotel and comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with plenty to eat. No complaints regarding our stay. hotel is about a 10 min walk from train station (Termini). There are tram and bus stops just outside the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights which was included in our trip. Public transport right in front of the hotel and close to everything. Good size, clean room/bathroom. Located at the 2nd floor corner/front of the building, has a small fridge with mini bar. Iron upon request only. Noise outside from different transportation is minimal, never bothered us at night. Simple typical Italian continental breakfast. Marco at the front desk, very knowledgeable and helpful, made our stay very interesting & memorable. Over all we enjoyed our stay and hope to visit the place again.

A quaint hotel with superior service. Pros - good location for public transportation, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room. Cons - Internet painfully slow, limited electrical outlets for charging electronics, traffic noise occasionally. Marco was outstanding.

We stayed at this hotel twice for a couple of nights each before and after a cruise. Both Marco and the gorgeous Nona (the ex air-hostess) excelled in giving us local knowledge of the area and organising things, tours and taxis, for us. The hotel, while small, is close to public transport, the Number 5 tram to the Rome Termini railway station, is close to a laundromat, is close to a supermarket and is close to a number of restaurants.

The Hotel is centrally located and well connected to the central district, however the room conditions were very poor. The Air-conditioning was not working and there was no staff to attend. there is place for breakfast only for 10/12 people and the food spared is also very minimum. No hot coffee was available. only the day staff at the reception understood English all other staff did not speak or understand English. I would defiantly not recommend this of any traveler specially with family on a vacation.
