Piazza di Spagna 9

This was our first stop on my husband and my one year anniversary trip! Emanuele and all the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We arrived early and were able to freshen up after a long flight, they held our bags, and directed us to all the places to go. You can see the Spanish steps from the hotel lobby. It is the cutest boutique hotel, we will back! They made our stay very special!

Wow! What a divine place to stay in Rome! In this gem we have found one of our absolute favourite hotels ever. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, shops and restaurants, and only a 100m walk from the Spagna metro station. The views directly over the Piazza are wonderful - you are right in the action, yet the soundproof windows mean it is still whisper quiet! The spacious rooms are beautiful - super comfy yet ooze style and sophistication, and the amenities excellent. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to their beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom master suite - an absolute haven for our family of 4 (travelling with young adult children) with 3 separate living spaces, a kitchen and lovely dining space, and tonnes of natural light. But what really puts this hotel on the map for us, and definitely worthy of its number 1 ranking on TA, is the incredible level of personal service. Franco & Emanuele go out of their way to look after you before you’ve even arrived, arranging transportation, tours & restaurant reservations. Franco was able to offer all the best restaurant suggestions from family friendly to Michelin, including THE BEST gluten free pasta suggestions, and all were absolutely incredible! He also arranged a wonderful private tour of the spectacularly beautiful yet not well known Palazzo Colonna, well worth the experience and expense! Nothing was too much trouble, and every day Franco would ensure our day’s arrangements were looked after. We truly felt like members of the family, and not just valued guests! Franco has such a genuine passion & enthusiasm for Rome, which is imparted in the beauty of the space he has created at Piazza di Spagna 9, as well as his interactions with his guests. He goes above & beyond to ensure you love this fabulous city as much as he clearly does! So now my only regret about writing this review is now everyone will know about this amazing place to stay and it will no longer be our hidden gem of Rome!! Literally had the loveliest and warmest welcome, not just on the first arrival at the hotel, but every time we came back. Such lovely and kind people, going out of their way for us, making it feel like an exceptionally personalised experience. Staff were fantastic at giving recommendations on what to see and where to go, as well as making reservations for us. The suite was gorgeous and immaculate, as was the lounge area with incredible artwork. Also had a breathtaking view, looking out at the centre, right by the Spanish Steps. Overall was just an amazing experience, and this was based on meeting such friendly and kind people. If I go to Rome again, I wouldn’t think twice about where to stay, I would 100% recommend Piazza Di Spagna 9 for anyone visiting Rome.

We loved the stay it was a homely it was amazing. there are no words to describe our stay it was out of the world. I will definitely come back with my family. I will recommend it to family and friends . The place was lovely and cosy , the owners and staff went out of the way to help us with sight seeing places, advising on places to eat and visit. I would recommend them 100% no doubt whatsoever. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.

The service was unbelievable! Anything I wanted for magically appeared!! A bottle of blanco tequila, a week pass for a high end gym, a spa day, bottled water, extra coffee, cream. Every morning I was greeted by a message. Service was beyond!

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. Everything in Rome was max 30min walk away. The service was the best in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Its the 1st time I have been in What's App group with the manager and the owner, who ensured we had a table at any restaurant we requested or they recommended. Trip advisor only has 5 stars, I would give Piazza di Spagna 9, 10 stars !!
