Perfectly situated for visitors to Rome, this city hotel is just 300 m from the city centre and the Vatican and guests will find restaurants, bars, and a metro station in the immediate vicinity. Nearby places of interest include the Colosseum (3 km away), Piazza Venezia and Piazza di Spagna (both 2 km away). The spa complex is around 1 km from the shops on Via del Corso and various nightlife spots, and Termini train station is approximately 10 km away. The nearest beach is roughly 30 km from the design hotel and nearby airports include Ciampino (30 km away) and Leonardo da Vinci International (Fiumicino), which is around 32 km away. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel offers traditional hospitality, modern facilities and 6 guest rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access as well as a cafe, bar and a breakfast/dining room. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. Do not get the rooms on the main floor behind the reservation counter. Opened the door and reaked of cat urine! There was a large population of stray cats that sprayed so much that it leaked into the window avove the bed. There was no hot water on the 1st night. The bathroom was a joke. The toilet ran all night. The hotel is old and smelly. The breakfast had towels and a bucket on the floor because it rained. Nothing at all like the pictures. Only positive was the staff. No coffee maker or other typical amenities in the room. They charged 3 euro for a cup of coffee. I would never stay there again.

Volvimos de una excursion a las 23 hs. y encontramos con el hotel cerrado por reformas. No nos avisaron, y quedamos en la vereda sin equipaje ni idea de que estaba pasando. Habiamos pagado hasta el domingo y esto paso el jueves. nos cobraron los impuestos por todos los dias y se negaron a devolvernos el importe. La persona que nos abrio para retirar nuestras maletas no se hizo responsable de habernos dejado en la calle sin previo aviso y habiendo cobrado la totalidad de la estadia. Por otro lado no puede considerarse de 3 estrellas. Nunca tuve una experiencia tan angustiante. NO LO RECOMIENDO DESDE NINGUN PUNTO DE VISTA.

ho passato due notti in questo albergo: luogo molto semplice in zona Vaticano perciò centrale: alla prima notte mi sono accorto che la stanza non era riscaldata e l’acqua per farsi la doccia era appena tiepida. Il secondo giorno l’acqua era completamente fredda e la stanza altrettanto. La reception, da me interpellata, mi ha comunicato che “da tempo” la caldaia non funzionava … interpellata la direzione questa, mi ha risposto che sono libero di cercarmi un altro albergo

Ambiente accogliente e fine. Pulizia eccellente e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima sia per i mezzi che a piedi ha tutte le comodità nel raggio di pochi metri. Per un soggiorno a Roma è sicuro il posto in cui tornerò!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte per un concerto allo stadio olimpico, buona la posizione. Per il resto la stanza carina, abbastanza pulita ma con necessità di manutenzione. Metto una stella perché nella nostra stanza non funzionava l’aria condizionata, è stato notificato il problema nel pomeriggio ma ovviamente non è stato risolto, costringendoci a dormire al caldo in pieno luglio con giornate da quasi 40 gradi. Qualità prezzo inesistente, dato che una stanza per due per una sola notte è costata quasi 200 euro ed è inaccettabile la mancanza di un servizio a questo prezzo.

Arrivati in albergo hanno preteso il pagamento anticipato della stanza mancando di rispetto ai clienti presumendo la nostra disonestà , ho sempre pagato al termine del soggiorno di contro la mattina la colazione è stata servita in un ambiente piccolo con il nulla ,solo i cornetti erano buoni e freschi , ma non abbondanti erano contati , senza parlare delle ragazze che hanno servito , per dire la colazione . Il primo giorno vi era una ragazza molto infastidita ad ogni nostra richiesta usando di continuò il cellulare. Il secondo giorno , oggi , vi era una ragazza che indossava una giacca di pelle arancione tanto da averla confusa per una cliente e non sapevo a chi chiedere il cappuccino. Pertanto il prezzo pagato non corrisponde al servizio ricevuto .

Uno sei peggiori hotel mai visti in vita mia. Sporcizia e muffa ovunque. Squallore assoluto, da sentirsi male specialmente se fruite della spa. Non esiste nessuna ragione per venire in un posto del genere, rischiate di rovinarci la vacanza.

Sicuramente questo hotel gode di una posizione invidiabile ma credo che i suoi punti di forza si esauriscano qui, al di là del nome altisonante. Le camere sono molto piccole ed estremamente rumorose, si sentiva anche il respiro dalle confinanti ed addirittura il vicino con il suo telecomando ha acceso la nostra televisione! La pulizia è nella norma anche se nelle aree comuni c'è un odore piuttosto sgradevole, forse proveniente dalla SPA mentre la colazione è veramente scarna e servita in una sala minuscola. Manca qualsiasi forma di disponibilità verso l'ospite, tutto è molto impersonale e standardizzato. Non chiedete il late check out, per 30€ la stanza non rifatta viene lasciata solo fino alle 13... non molto late ne cheap! Lo potrei indicare solo per un soggiorno di massimo una o due notti se la logistica è propizia
