Rocco Forte Hotel De Russie

I always say what makes a hotel exceptional is the people, every morning at breakfast you’re greeted by happy and friendly staff, and it really sets the tone for the day, a special mention to Nicolo and Mario who put big smiles on our faces everyday at breakfast :) All the staff were delightful and this really elevated our experience at the hotel. The room was perfect, the marble bathroom is luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nothing was missed, I really recommend staying at Hotel de Russie. We already plan to come back!

Okay, where should I start? We have spent three nights in the Eternal City, two of them were at the "Hotel de Russie". And it was marvellous, breathtaking and outstanding from A to Z. Upon checking in, we were informed by the lovely man at the front desk (I am so sorry that I can't remember his name) that we have received a "little" upgrade. From a Classic Room to a Superior Suite. What a room! You can see our view from the attached picture, I could spend a whole afternoon just standing at the window of the suite looking into that breathtakingly beautiful garden. The outstanding Concierge Team (once again, I really can't remember their names, but this goes to all of them!) gave us priceless suggestions of what to see on Rome and made two dinner reservations that were 100% of what we were looking for. Thank you!! Breakfast was impeccable, please give the warmest greetings to Mario who took such good care of us - he's a real gem! We even got a little tour through the hotel by Giulia, the lovley Guest Relation Manager, who was so welcoming and charming from the check-in to check-out. Needless to say that the hotel is perfectly located directly at Piazza del Popolo, ideal for a City trip ad we did (and I assume for everything else, too). It was such a pleasure being your guests, enjoying your hospitality, your outstanding dedication to being amazing hosts and ambassadors for the City of Rome and the brand of Rocco Forte Hotels. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

The location is perfect, the food is so delicious and will definitely come back. The warm welcome from the time of check in to the check out is so smooth. This is a luxury 5 star hotel and i would recommend this for anyone who is looking for something luxurious

Truly an exceptional experience. The hotel location is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and lovely, the breakfast (and FABULOUS HOST) is the perfect way to start the day. The front desk are very helpful planning tours etc. This was a bucket list stay… and it was perfect.

Beloved Mario was the best! Arriving to the restaurant for breakfast was always a delight to be greeted by Mario’s smiling face and kind gestures. Staff was top notch and professional . The food was amazing and always fresh seafood and brilliantly prepared. This is our “go to” hotel in Rome

Thank you, Mario, Marina, Andrea, and other staff at Hotel Russie. You made our stay excellent. Wonderful breakfast, fresh fruits, delicious muesli. They can make beautiful pancakes very good. Beds are comfortable. However, we have issues with soft pillows and had to request firmer pillows. We have had the pleasure of staying here a few times in a span of 14 years. We have always enjoyed our stay.
