Meget rent, meget rart og hjælpsomt personale, fra receptionister til husholdningsdamer, alle meget nacn. Perfekt ophold!

Skuffende swimmingpool. Værelset meget behageligt og over mine forventninger. Placeringen er ikke den bedste, men receptionen er imødekommende.

Fremragende hotel... skam om afstanden fra centrum... trods alt meget rent og indbydende

This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table. The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat. The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Its a fair way out of the city and its not an area id relish walking around at night but fortunately the rooftop restaurant had good quality food on offer and nice sunset views. Room was fine, a good size and comfortable. Just note no tea, coffee or water was provided. Close to metro station that gets you into heart of the city in about 40 minutes if u prefer to stay away from the crowds!

The building itself is amazing and definitely makes the price tag worth it. The service from staff has been super good and professional giving me nothing to complain about. Also, they have a decent gym and pretty good restaurant which are very handy as the area of the hotel isn’t the best. It’s nice that it is near the metro but otherwise it’s not great for location.

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I would say 2 stars it would be more realistic. Also it won’t surprise me for the price and the location. It makes just us think that we really booked a 4 stars and get us excited and very disappointed when we arrive. To make sure people are not upset about this and to keep the reviews ok they should do something about the stars or whatever. We definitely see homeless people sleeping the park right in front of our window and this is pretty dirty. The hotel fault but it does play for the stars. The service was ok Didn’t see the pool but it is a + Roof top restaurant is a + Gym is ok Pool table etc haven’t used it but cool for everyone. Room is ok but everything is old and a bit broken (table corners etc… every furnitures)

As someone who isn’t picky in any sort of way, I feel that I am not hard to please. The hotel itself is located in an extremely rough area in Lazzio, Rome, and the the staff tended to us in a very passive manor. Amenities that are clean and efficient are very minimal. The rooms are small and there is little airflow. The shower doors do not completely seal causing flooding after use. It would be hard for me to find reasons to recommend this business to a colleague or friend.

When I put in for a cancelation refund during to losing my job they denied my request. This shows greed over compassion. They only care about making a profit even when someone can't come due to financial hardships. I havevl zero respect for those running this place.

As part of our ongoing Europe trip, I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 4 nights; we booked 2 rooms, our bed looked like a double but was 2 single joined so it was great for me and my aunt as we separated the beds. The hotel had good amenities - private bathroom was huge although for some reason the lights would just turn off randomly? I don't know if it was just our room or everyone else's. The swimming pool is only opened in the summer!! so it was closed for us, which was sad. The staff was really nice and they gave us extra blankets, coffee machine and a kettle when we asked for it! Really appreciated their help and trust me there was so many large groups always arriving at this hotel so they were doing amazing. We paid for dinner once and a breakfast. Dinner was hit or miss - I loved my Chicken salad, but the others weren't impressed with the burgers they had but breakfast was definitely better. I think the star was the beans because wow they were good. The only major cons about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator (same as Florence) and it was noisy all morning and late at night, plus some construction at like 8am ish so please if you can, ask for a faraway room! Also the distance from the city centre was quite tiring, yes it is only 23 mins metro from the Torre Angela station but an 11 mins walk from the station to the hotel and with our suitcases and the station exit not having any elevators, it was hard work. To get to the hotel side, you need to first go down the stairs, then up the stairs and go down again so if you are walking from the station to the hotel, be prepared!

Location is a bit struggle with out car. There things that great and some points are not. Check in staff less guest care, no guests empathy. Room bedding is very fresh! Thank you for nice clean sheets also the towels. However room walls are dirty, toilet bowl dirty. Breakfast is repetitive, coffee machine not so good. Boiled eggs are served cold fresh from fridge. First time in my life. But room service food was really great! Banging of room by either other guests or staffs working, is alarming! Still thank you for the stay… price is cheap maybe the reason why. Thank you

Brilliant place to stay, room was cleaned for us everyday, it’s just a 35 minute drive or 1 hour commute public transport into the main attractions
