Fragrance Hotel St. Peter anmeldelser

The hotel is within walking distance to Roma S. Pietro train station and also very to St. Peter Square. The breakfast was served at the covered roof terrace.

I stayed 1 night in the Hotel. That was very pleasant stay with perfect service. Room was small but sufficient for 1 person. Perfect location to visit Vatican. Breakfast served in the terrasse with beautiful view. Monika

This hotel is completely non-refundable if there is a problem with the room. Reservation process for this hotel is bad, and it will cause a lot of problems. If you want to book this hotel, you have to think twice. 房間有問題的話，這間酒店是完全無法退款的。 訂房續費這間酒店程序不良，會產生很多問題如果要訂這間要三思。

Понравился отель. Мы приехали в 7 утра, докупили завтраки в 10 утра нас уже заселили. На ресепшн улыбчивый, приятный парень постарался для нас. Для багажа на террасе есть комната хранения, что тоже пригодилось при выезде. Завтрак в Европейском стиле, но все вкусно! Обслуживание хорошее. Вид из окна ресторана на купол Собора Святого Петра! Расположение отеля , не цент конечно. Но меня не сильно напрягало. 15 минут до Ватикпна,, магазин рядом Carrefour express, и Carrefour ( работала российская карта) ж/д станция , но оттуда не везде уедешь, остановка автобус ( рядом) до центра ездили на автобусе 1.5 евро. Отель смело рекомендую. В номере тепло и чисто, запахов нет. Февраль 2025

離梵蒂岡城很近，在頂樓的餐廳可以看到聖彼得大教堂的穹頂。設施齊全，有燒水壺，被子等。來梵蒂岡旅遊住這裏不錯

總得來説，這個價格在意大利算是勉強可以了，這個地方離梵蒂岡很近，但是這個房間的面積非常小，和在日本差不多

服務很不錯，早餐超值，性價比高，離市區稍遠但是坐車去也很快

So we arrived on Sunday morning and had to wait for our room to be ready ( absolutely not an issue as check in is not until 12). The reception staff were great and offered to store our luggage so we could go out. As we were both dog tired we decided to just wait in reception. We were shown to our room which was on the 3rd floor. A bit dated but plenty big enough and clean. There was however no information about the hotel facilities. WiFi codes, location of bar/ restaurant and item opening times nor any sign of a menu. We checked with reception who informed us the bar was not open on Sunday. So we are out. Monday morning breakfast was fine lots of choices of both foof and drink. Advised by receptionist the bar was open at 6 but there would be no food…….. You can only really get a decent signal for the wifi in communal areas but the breakfast rooftop veranda is only accessible during breakfast service times ( we assumed as it was open ( door unlocked) in the pm we could sit in their only to be told by a member of staff it a was not allowed. It does however state on the website you can, or at least that’s how I read it. Will we be coming back absolutely not. The staff are great ( apart from the beardy bar staff member who chucked us out of the terrace) but the facilities are just not there when you are back from the miles and miles of sightseeing.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect and so quiet at night times. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. We only had breakfast her one morning during our stay but it was amazing value for €10. Will definitely be returning

When booking the Fragrance hotel we didn't realise it was called that because it absolutely stinks. We arrived for our anniversary for a 3 day break and the smell hit us as soon as we walked through our room door. Didn't want to make a fuss , opened some windows and hoped it would go away. Seemed later at night the smell was coming from the bathroom, possible up the toilet as got worse when you heard other rooms flush their toilet. Raw sewage springs to mind. 4am on the first night we woke up freezing as couldn't close the windows and the smell was getting worse by the second. that bad I couldn't shower before going out as couldn't stand the smell in the bathroom long enough. Spoke to man on reception on way out and stressed how awful it was . On our arrival late at night after walking round Rome for 13 hours and being totally exhausted we headed straight for our room to be met by the same awful smell ! With zero energy I went to speak to reception to be told it was a plumbing issue and she was sorry but she wasn't a plumber. Absolutely not my problem! We were told there was no rooms available but to go down to reception as soon as we were awake and we would be given a new one so l could shower before going out. Again we were awake from around 4am as the smell was so over powering and we went down for our new room at 7am as couldn't handle it anymore! Was told by receptionist we could have a new room but not until after 2pm. Now into day two of our 3 day holiday and I still couldn't wash properly. Exhausted we went to spend another day in Rome. Returned at 7pm that night (night before flying home to have been given a new room on other side of the building, it smelt better, bed was better as we now didn't have two single beds just pushed together.BUT you could hear everything through the walls. Could hear them peeing anytime they went to the toilet, washing their hands, flushing the toilet everything. As if it was in our room, so for the 3rd night in a row we didn't get a decent sleep. Really disappointed in our whole experience here, we came for a break just the two of us and don't get much time to do that as we have 4 kids and have went home more tired than we came. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel and definitely will not be back !!

Lovely place, arround 15 minutes from Vatican. Lots of shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were super clean. Reception team so helpfull and nice. Very nice tasty breakfast with the beautiful Vatican view. Im sure I will come back.
