TB Place Roma

Great location conveniently located in the very centre of Rome, only a few minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Via dei Condotti etc etc. Pasta & Burrata salad at le Colonnette were incredible. I enjoyed also the meat based main course with pistachio. Italian finest restaurant with regular portions. My Junior suite was big and cleaned to perfection. Breakfast buffet was little but enough to bring that Italian home feeling thanks also to the great job of Alessia and Martina (if I remember correctly). Highly recommended!

A great place, nice Rococo interior design,which makes you travel in time! Good location and great connection to the most important areas of the city. Great service and the BEST AMATRICIANA I have ever ate. Nice food and very good quality of ingredients. The hotel staff has a special charm!

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean and modern rooms in fantastic location at the heart of the city. Literally within a 5 minute walk from Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. The bedside table was a charger, the toilets were modern and even though it was near a busy street, sound was not an issue. Staff was extremely helpful in making reservations, booking taxis, etc. There is also a lovely terrace on the top floor.

I would like to say that the hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very respectful...and the breakfast is delicious...and the hotel is close to the Spanish Steps. And the room very clean . If I visit Rome again, this hotel will be my place of stay and I highly recommend it

Very rood staff . I could not reach reception by phone every time , line is busy and employees is enjoying their own conversation. Room was ok, but with no view as described , food is awful and feel myself very bad after breakfast . I recommend owners to change staff urgently .

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed 3 nights in March. The location was great, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were very attentive once we arrived. Minutes from high end shopping and the Spanish steps. We walked everywhere except we did take a taxi to the Vatican because we wanted to get there as early as we could! I have kids and they had really cute little gifts of colored pencils and a notebook and a little box of treats waiting for them which was a really sweet touch. We stayed in a suite and it was a really great option as it had a separate space with a dividing wall for the kids. It also had a very cute rooftop bar but we didn’t use it except to go take a picture. The room was beautiful and bright and quiet with the windows closed. The view from our room was lovely (see photo). The hotel also has a spa but we did not use it. The only reason for my 4 star review: For a moment before our trip I started to worry because I tried to contact them 4 times before I arrived to set up a private transfer from the airport and did not get a response. I sent two emails one week apart, a Facebook message (which I could see they read), and I tried to call the night before we arrived with no answer. When I arrived, without me mentioning it, they apologized and explained they tried to email me back but received an error when they tried to send it. I’m not sure what happened? They were very kind and apologetic which I felt was truly sincere, just not sure what happened. My family just took a taxi and it was no problem, but I was glad it wasn’t something important I needed to discuss prior to arrival. Overall, it was a great stay.
