The location, at the southern end of the Trastavere was perfect. We were in within walking range of all of the sites. We could be in a quaint square within seconds of walking out of the door, but the real touristy hoard of people were far away. The apartment was quaint and nicely decorated. Having a balcony veranda was wonderful. The air conditioning (very important as it was 100 degrees) functioned well. Bathrooms were updated. Everything was clean. The cleaning staff and owner were friendly and kind. It was a perfectly wonderful place to stay in Rome. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Originally we had some issues with the booking, moving rooms, but Simone the owner did a wonderful job of coming by and assuaging any fears or problems and took care of us.

Troppo caro per quello che offre. Si tratta di un affittacamere e non di un b&b. Non c’è colazione e nella camera che viene affittata come tripla dovrebbero mettere un lettino e non un divano vecchio e scomodo. Dopo aver passato la prima notte insonne, la seconda abbiamo dormito in 3 nel letto matrimoniale e nonostante lo avessimo segnalato, non ci è stato fatto alcuno sconto. Non c’è armadio e avevano spento il riscaldamento nonostante fosse inizio marzo e le temperature ancora fredde. Anche questo lo abbiamo segnalato e il secondo giorno hanno provveduto ad accendere i riscaldamenti. Insomma si fanno pagare tanto ma quello che offrono agli ospiti è davvero il minimo sindacale.

Ho prenotato tramite ********** un soggiorno con cancellazione gratuita e pagamento alla struttura. Mi hanno addebitato 134€ sulla carta di credito (non potevano perché la carta di credito era solo a garanzia della prenotazione e il pagamento era alla struttura) a fronte di una prenotazione di 194€. Ho cancellato la prenotazione nei tempi previsti per la cancellazione gratuita e dopo una settimana ancora non ho ricevuto il rimborso. Non rispondono ai numeri di telefono nè a me nè a ********** e nè alle mie mail. Se fosse una struttura seria non c'era bisogno di chiamarli per il rimborso. Non prenotate vi fregano solo i soldi!!!

La posizione è ottimale, in una via tranquilla e a 300m dalla fermata del bus. La nostra stanza era carina, certamente si sono concentrati più sull’estetica che sulla funzionalità e non posso fare a meno di elencare alcuni aspetti negativi: stanza buia e con scarsa illuminazione artificiale (almeno sullo specchio del lavandino servirebbe una luce che permetta di truccarsi), presa vicino allo specchio non funzionante, rubinetto della vasca rotto , mancanza di un portasapone in doccia, irrigazione automatica nel terrazzo che finisce per allagarlo. Se su tutto ciò avrei potuto tranquillamente chiudere un occhio, non posso dire altrettanto dello strato di muffa e calcare sul soffione a pioggia della doccia. Nonostante tutto, la mia valutazione sarebbe stata complessivamente positiva se non fosse stato per una questione avvenuta con la proprietaria. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, troviamo in stanza un post-it che dice di chiamare urgentemente la proprietaria e al telefono mi viene detto che secondo il personale delle pulizie sicuramente era stato fumato in camera. Noi eravamo stati in giro tutto il giorno e siamo rientrati solo per dormire alle 2 di notte; se avessimo voluto fumare sarebbe bastato uscire sul terrazzo, ma non abbiamo fumato né dentro né fuori. Date le temperature ed essendo stati ad un concerto non saremo rientrati puliti e profumati, e i vestiti potevano sapere di fumo, ma siamo anche tornati in stanza dopo la colazione al bar, prima che passassero per le pulizie, e credo mi sarei accorta se ci fosse stato un odore nauseabondo come è stato riferito. Francamente è stato mortificante e in tutti i soggiorni che ho fatto non mi è mai capitato di ricevere alcun tipo di osservazione. Leggendo che altri hanno avuto malintesi con i proprietari, non posso fare a meno di pensare che fosse un pretesto per addebitarci delle penali, altrimenti non mi spiego perché insistere con quelle accuse.
