First time staying. Room was large and comfy. So big we could roll an entire baggage trolley in, which we appreciated as we had tonnes of stuff to move

The hotel is fine but the rooms are getting old. The location is ideal for an early take off.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel. The room was a bit too small but overall it was clean and well furnished. The easy access to the CDGVal (free automated shuttle) is a plus. Just be careful when you’re booking your taxi from Paris city center : there is another Mercure hotel a few minutes away !

Great experience here. Friendly welcome even late at night, room was very comfortable and spacious. 10 minute walk from the CDG VAL stop. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was reasonably priced included in my rate. 10/10 experience would recommend.

The location is very convenient when you are flying in late or flying out early. The room was bigger and cleaner than I expected and I was very happy I chose here!

As far as the airport is concerned, as noted on our website, you need to take the CDGVal. The CDGVal is a free automatic mini metro, operating 7 days a week from 04:00 to 01:00 in the morning. It's easy enough to get to, and good value for money. Lively bar in the lobby area. Pool and gym tiny and a bit of a walk to get to. You can see planes taxi and take off from the room.

Stay in the hotel was excellent with no aircraft noise at all. Walking track should be covered all the way as sections are missed and it was raining but overall satisfactiory. Food wa great but a bit pricey. Got done 11€ for a glass of wiine that was not on the list.

I had a night layover in CDG and I selected this hotel because it had good prices and the location was easily reachable from the terminals. From the CDGVAL station you have to walk a little, but the signs will guide you. I was lucky to get an accessible room so the spaces were bigger. I had a nice sleep

A good location and better prices than other CDG hotels. Aircon the room was not working well. Buffet meal was underwhelming

Housekeeping can be improved. Shower and shampoo was used up and not topped up. Toilet flush was not functioning well. Water took a while to go down after each flush. Aircon temp in our room was not consistent.
