The house has 4 bedrooms, two in the main house, and two in the Casita, which makes it a perfect setup for multiple families and friends who want to take a vacation together. Only 5 min drive to the center of town Large kitchen, very well equipped. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, we stream Netflix all the time. Located in the gated community of Las Conchas 24x7 security and guard. Main House: Room 1 has a Queen and a bunk bed (newly added) Room 2 also has a Queen and a bunk bed (newly added) Half bath on 1st floor and full bath by the rooms The Casita: Room 1 has a queen for the parents Room 2 has bunk+single, with a jack and jill bathroom in the middle. Food: We frequently visit the local fish market, where you can buy shrimps and fresh fish for a great price. There is a nice BBQ grill in the backyard, along with a sitting area. For groceries, you can visit Sam's Club or Walmart a short 6 min away, that is where we do most of our shopping. I will send you all the info before your arrival.
