The minimum stay is 3 nights. The house was built to entertain, without feeling crowded. The house has 2 master bedrooms with oceanview and private bathrooms. The private bathrooms have granite counter tops and open showers. They open into a large gathering room with a 25 foot brick dome ceiling, family room and kitchen that looks out on the ocean. There is a large lower covered patio area and an upper tanning deck. The four back bedrooms open up on another brick domed family room. The back 4 bedrooms have access to the bathrooms that are between the two bedrooms rooms (Jack n Jill style) bathrooms on both sides of the family area. They are large bathrooms with dual sinks granite counter tops and granite showers. The house has travertine floors with a 5 star resort look. Like many beach front homes in Mexico the house incorporates solar technology. It is powered by the sun and a large battery bank. The water is trucked in to fill a large water tank under the garage. It is totally self contained and a backup generator is provided. The house solar which allows us to offer an affordable rate to our guest. We try to limit the number of occupants to 12 because of water and electrical management. We ask that you have a conservative approach when it comes to water and electrical consumption. The Sea of Cortez is not about the house. It is about the enjoying the breath taking beauty of the beach. It was built for family and friends to get away and have fun. The house is equipped with bocce sets, horse shoes, bean toss, kayaks, fishing equipment and lounge chairs. In town you will find scuba diving tours, cocktail cruises, deep sea fishing, sports bars, restaurants, shopping and other adventures. This is not San Diego but the Paradise described in many Jimmy Buffet songs. The beach is like a peaceful Corona commercial setting! **BEWARE - do NOT STAY HERE From one consumer to another, PLEASE DO NOT book this property! I try to give property owners the benefit of the doubt but I'm very sorry that I did. This slum lord has been notified for YEARS that his property has many major issues and he has not fixed any of them! READ ALL THE PAST REVIEWS! **We took pictures and videos to document HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES: INFESTED with mice Dead MICE found under 2 different beds HORRIBLE STENCH (pretty sure it was the dead mice) LIVE MICE running around kitchen/dining area Mice feces build up INSIDE the house esp. in kitchen/dining room (months worth) MICE feces OUTSIDE (up and down exterior walls) BLACK WIDOW SPIDER infestation (again, we have pictures) NO HOT WATER for showers or to wash dishes NO A/C!! Not enough bath towels for guests and no washer/dryer Kayaks and paddleboards broken, covered in filth and spiderwebs NO PARKING Burned out overhead lighting in main living area. Too dark to even eat at the table at dinner This property is obviously NOT being cleaned or maintained. This person is taking advantage of people who are trusting VRBO to have some kind of standards for listing vacation rental properties. We messaged him while there, no response. Still do not have any response from him. My daughter messaged him from her VRBO account and pretended to be a potential renter and he responded within a few hours to her! So dishonest! He still has not responded to me and it has been almost 3 weeks. BEWARE!

Hot house! The house itself on the inside is nice, some things that are due for replacing. It is extremely hot at night. There is no AC, and we had a really hard time sleeping because of it. There’s no ventilation in any of the rooms. The drawers in the kitchen don’t open all the way. It was inconvenient to have to conserve and watch water usage since we were at the max guest allowance. There also wasn’t lights in the living room…we all sat in pretty much darkness. We lit the fire pit outside, but there were tons of bugs and mosquitos. The dirt roads leaves everything very dirty…so keep that in mind too. About 30 min from town which wasn’t terrible, but when we went out we made a day of it since it wasn’t close enough to go back and forth.

Amazing property The views were wonderful. The kitchen was big enough for 6 families to cook. The patio area was very relaxing. No issues at all. Will definitely go again.
