Rooms weren’t prepared how they normally are, some staff unhelpful. I’d like to speak with someone about this. Mattress had a dip in it Room not clean No soap in one room No shawer gel in one room No extra pillows in our room Hairs on the bed and pillows. This one probably isn’t your fault but the sat nav postcode took us to the wrong side of the road after driving past ( I know that’s not down to you but a warning in the email could help) after telling the receptionist she said it happens all the time. Paid for 3 rooms 2 nights but left early morning after the first night, staff wasn’t interested in listening to my problems.

Brilliant night stay clean welcoming hotel. Staff very friendly and good location to get on and off the motorway. Costa and bp with m&s nearby or you can order deliveries through apps. Iron and board given out when I requested it along with hairdryer.

Post code on receipt sent us to other side of motorway!! Complete joke when we was trying to get off motorway in high top van due to high winds! Put us straight back In the danger zone!! Complete joke!!

This is a great location for getting into Carlisle and there is minimum road noise from the motorway. Plenty of car parking and a Costa on site if needed as well as being close to a garage. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff helpful, friendly and polite.

Awful hotel dated and noisy, bed linens were dirty, I now have bite marks on my legs, I stay in Travelodge all over the country and this is definitely the worst, curtains don’t fit the window space so light comes in from the car park, radiator clicks on and off all night when th a very annoying light

I stopped off here half way home travelling between Inverness and Cardiff. I booked the room for just £25, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had an easy and efficient check-in with a friendly lady receptionist whose name I have forgotten sorry. There was a cafe in the petrol station across the car park where we could get coffee and various takeaways. It was everything we needed, and I would do it again on future journeys. Our thanks to the staff who look after the place.

Made very welcome on arrival, clean fresh room. Staff I met all very friendly, On my departure the night man, carried out my bags, and said not to leave until car windscreen was all cleared. This was a very big help, being disabled, and slippery outside. Will definitely go back.

WE stayed at Todhills on Friday 3rd January 2025. room No 12 No drink beakers,no cups or mugs, no tv remote and no soap in dispenser, had to go to reception to ask for all these, this is very poor service indeed. And why it is neccessary to insist on having 200 characters in the review is behond me and the reason why I'm typing this elongated and incorrectly spelled revie

We stayed at this Travelodge last minute as we were tired and couldn’t drive anymore. I was so happy with my stay and could not fault anything! Staff were all very friendly, especially Morgan who was on in the evening and the room was lovely and clean! Fantastic!!!
