In Lowertown-A quaint cottage with modern updates is your home away from home! Fully furnished and a well stocked kitchen make it a wonderful place for overnight stays or longer term rentals. Beautiful patio provides an urban sanctuary at the end of a long day. Close proximity to Mayo Clinic-downtown restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. Two blocks in either direction puts you on the trail system. Public transit 1 ½ blocks away and a laundromat is ½ block away.This home provides everything you need for a stay in Rochester: fully furnished, all kitchen essentials and if there is something you need just ask and we can probably provide it! This home's two bedrooms sleep 4 people comfortably. There is also a “bonus” room with a queen size bed that can be used as a third bedroom . (Additional guests over 4 are $10 per night) During the summer season we are happy to have you help yourself to what is growing in the backyard garden.
