Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

Clean hotel with easy access through underground tunnel to Mayo Clinic buildings and Methodist Hospital. Building is undergoing remodeling. The employees remember your name. When I come downstairs in the evening, Phily always greeted me with a big smile and “ good evening, Mrs. J…….

First we were warmly greeted by the young woman behind the front desk. She graciously explained the parking situation and explained how to access the indoor parking. She reviewed all resources available at the hotel. Working with multiple workers from the hotel, they all were very helpful. I am not very good at using computers and Andrew helped me access the computer to print off some items for my husband. We took advantage of the morning breakfasts and the personal working there were helpful. We came back to our room after spending the day at the clinic and Genoviava had not only cleaned our room but she washed my dishes for me. It was great.... Stressful days spent at the Hospital and Clincs over many days were made brighter by the staff that were so helpful and encouraging athe Residence Inn. Our bed, pillows and covers were uniquely put together and comfortable. We were in a room that had a regular size refrigerator, stove and great bathroom area... The Residence Inn is located by the Mayo Clinic. We are able to walk to the Clinic through the subway without having to go outside during the winter or bad weather days. We have access to a Weight Room, clean and new laundry facility. We can use credit cards to wash and dry. We also have access to a swimming pool at the Kahler Hotel. I guess we have everything we need and are enjoying our stay. Thanks Filly, Andrew, Ashley, Dan and Genoviava for making our stay a good one.

Great Hospitality. After she got off work, ASHLEY mailed me my cherished leather mittens that I left behind. Thank you Ashley!! Conveniently located to the Mayo Clinic. They are connected to an underground tunnel system that allows you to go to the clinic without going outside.

This is a very nice hotel, food is wonderful. Everyone is nice here. Shoutout to Ashley, Filly, and Cheryl for doing a job above and beyond. This hotel has direct access to the Mayo Clinic via subway and it couldn't be more convenient. If you're looking for a place to stay in Rochester, MN - this is the hotel. 5 stars all around :)

From the front desk to house keeping we felt right at home! Ashley greets us each day reminding us to have a great day, while here with a sick spouse it is nice to see a smile each morning! Breakfast with chef Cheryl is amazing, her coffee keeps us going. Thanks so much for the great care!
