Comfortable and Modern Stay
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!

Clean room, easy access to city centre via bus or Uber. 15 minute trip. Bar’s was reasonably priced, car parking was easy with loads of spaces, food was basic in choice but done well, good bacon roll on in the morning and good coffee. Will be back again.

I stay here regularly for work. It's got everything I need and it's great value. The rooms are clean and comfy and there's a nice lounge area to work in. There are plenty of parking spaces too and shops etc nearby for food. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were dirty with no duvet or drape on one of the beds. The showers when used made the whole toilet soaked. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were cold and the air conditioner worked very slowly. The manager at the desk was not very interested in helping

We stayed for one night at the Cardiff Zip. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. Compact, but everything was there that I needed. The bed was very comfy, one good pillow, clean towels, good quality crisp white bedding, body wash, great TV, mood lighting, hanging space, overhead and underbed storage and loads of sockets. Couldn't fault it. I just wish there were more Zips in the country.

Great reception on arrival from staff and checked in really quickly, shown directions to room and on arrival into the room we were amazed of the quality for the amount spent. The beds were very comfy and had a great night sleep with my friend in twin beds. Upon leaving the following morning again greated by very friendly staff ask about our stay and wished us well before leaving.

4 of us Stayed for one night visiting a relative , We had 2 double rooms, The rooms are like little pods , very clean and enough room to sleep , Shower & change . A nice little bar was very comfortable and with a fair selection of drinks. Big on site car park. Staff very friendly & Helpful. Cost very reasonable. Summing up great place for a short stay not to far out from the city centre.

I had a nice relaxing time at Premier inn Zip. Friendly staff. Clean, compact room. Peaceful sleep. Premier ZIP is the best option to save a money. Especially for Solo travelers who doesn't want to spend more time at the hotel. 10 mins ride away from Cardiff town Centre.

Good basic room, very clean, felt like a caravan. All basics which you need. Towels, quilts & pillows good quality. Shower & toilet room adequate size & plenty of toilet roll. Plenty of plug sockets. Can go downstairs for hot water for cup of tea….just take your own tea bags/ coffee, they provide milk/ sugar. Water is provided as well. Only downside for me was the mattress, I found them very uncomfortable to sleep in. My 12 year old also found them uncomfortable. We woke frequently throughout night due to this. Staff really friendly and welcoming
