Breakfast was the highlight of my stay - the hotel itself is lovely but the breakfast is top notch and the service is impeccable. I would particularly like to note how helpful & thoughtful Emmanuel was - truly so impressed by his service and would come back here.

One of my worst experiences with a hotel ever. The building itself and the location are not the issue here. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I had a nightmare experience with reception and reservation. We stayed in total 6 nights for total 10,000 SAR in a Junior Suite. We reserved original 4 nights and extended 1. While paying the extension reception staff didn’t tell me that there was an error in the extension date but took the money and left me in believe I can stay the next night. What happened the next day is yelling of an ill tempered female receptionist at my wife through the phone telling her she had to leave the hotel immediately. Going down to the reception desk she was told that hotel is overbooked and she must leave despite a paid reservation. At the end they found a way to change but at a price of 2.000 SAR compared to my normal rate of 1,100 SAR. I have never been handled that rude in my life, my wife was shattered and felt unsafe by yelling at here and we decided to leave the hotel giving up a paid room for the next night because my wife could not stay in that place anymore. We will never use a Hilton Hotel anymore for our lifetime because we will not tolerate such threat and ill behavior against guest with a Hilton Honors status. There were plenty of options to solve the problem but Hilton chose to insult, provoke and rip off their customers. After complaining to customer service, the answer was a call from the manager in a collegial tone thinking he can play down the incident. No excuse for the rude staff behavior and no restitution except the offer of a few honors points, which I rejected as an insult for that type of nightmare. This is not the way you treat customers and how hospitality works. I was treated in every hotel in the world better than at Hilton Double Tree.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Acquah during my stay. He was a very friendly and polite young man, always going out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to his exceptional service, my stay was truly memorable and enjoyable. I am grateful for his professionalism and dedication, which significantly contributed to making my stay great. I highly recommend the establishment for its excellent staff and commendable hospitality, especially Mr. Acquah, whose efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

I recently booked three rooms for two nights for my bosses at this relatively new hotel. Their experience was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the customer service was wonderful. Lobby lounge was very good to have business meetings. I must particularly commend the housekeeping department. One of my bosses asked me to arrange for his suit to be pressed for a very important meeting. Despite calling at the last minute with arrival scheduled for almost midnight, Ghaliah from the housekeeping team went above and beyond. I was concerned the suit wouldn’t be ready in time due to the limited timeframe. However, we were pleasantly surprised when Ghaliah ensured that the suit, along with freshly shined shoes, was collected upon arrival and ready the next morning. I was incredibly relieved and happy with how Ghaliah handled the situation. She kept me updated throughout the process and ensured everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and dedication to their guests' needs. Thanks again, Ghaliah, for going far and beyond to help us out.

The Double Tree Hilton KAFD is one of my favorites in Riyadh. Centrally located, very comfortable, excellent room service and clean. The staff is always available to respond to requests. Maxwell at the coffee shop makes the best cappuccinos with a great big smile!
