Beautiful and comfortable room. Amazing view of Etna from our room and balcony. Staff was very gentle and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty. Very clean. A little confusing finding your room in the second building.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay, reception team very welcoming, friendly, pleasant, informative and professional. Rooms extremely well presented. Cleaned daily and towels changed daily. A fridge with complimentary water to start you off and a pop to local shop to buy some more. Rooms have A/C (good once it's mastered). Bed we found comfortable with clean sheets daily. Well down to cleaning personnel. Swimming pool great always a lounger no need to reserve with a towel, the beach is a stones throw away with a bathing bay although it's a bit rocky. On leaving a deck was installed for the public. Afternoon/evening on the roof, well done to all the staff, again welcoming, professional and helpful. Excellent views to the front the sea and behind is Etna. Breakfast plenty on offer great selection of continental. It can get busy at times, always topped up when food gets low, Staff are very helpful and if it's not there just ask,they always oblige. Location is great for the town, lovely walks there's old and new buildings (mostly old). Shops and restaurants near by and lots of choices. Railway station not far and cheap to use, so your not far from Catania or Taormina. Overall we had a lovely time here. Big thank you to all the staff for a pleasant stay. 😊

Je n ai pas pour habitude de démonter je n’ les lieux visites mais la FUYEZ ! Le village est digne d une déchèterie Dans la chambre au secours : literie ignoble on sent les ressorts pas de protège matelas …, la salle de bain à rénover de toute urgence ! Baignoire fissurée carrelage dejointé, flexible de douche qui fuit … niveau décoration les rustines de tapisserie jaune peuvent à la limite vous faire sourire si ce n était pas dans un 4* Il a fallu négocier pour avoir la vue mer prévue lors de la réservation … résultat la mer est la mais derrière le café du coin qui rend la chambre avec des nuisances sonores importantes. De toute façon avec le bruit du restaurant juste sous les chambres on ne dort pas avant minuit !! Pas de volets donc réveillés à 5h du matin par la lumière du jour et un bébé qui pleure quelques chambres plus loin … On en vient au petit déjeuné où personne n est présent dans la salle à notre arrivée, le café conservé dans un Thermos ( mais froid) pas trop de choix … et si un car de touriste est présent alors la l endroit est insupportable (caisse de raisonnable et pas de petit déjeuné pour tout le monde) nous avons fini au café d en bas …! Nous avons réservé 3 nuits par un site de réservation en ligne, le prix affiché dans la chambre est divisé par 2… une sensation d arnaque Ce qui est sûr c est que notre voyage se termine avec un goût bien amer !

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura lo scorso fine settimana. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva. Personale cordiale e disponibile, camera confortevole adeguatamente rinfrescata, fantastica vista mare. Abbiamo trovato all'interno del frigobar 2 bottigliette d'acqua, la biancheria era adeguata, ed anche il bagno risulta abbastanza fornito. Colazione a buffet abbondante per tutti i gusti. Molto graziosa la zona piscina. Contrariamente a quanto leggo, il bagnino era presente! Bella l'idea dell'aperitivo in terrazza. A nostro avviso, avremmo gradito della musica in sottofondo e un po più di gente. Magari servirebbe ad invogliare gli ospiti a parteciparvi 😊

Am Ende des Hafens hinter der Guardia Costeria gelegen, eine nachts sehr ruhige Gegend. Vornehme große Hotelhalle - alles Marmor. Sehr aufmerksame, nette und großteils deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiter. Große Zimmer mit dezent regelbarer Klimaanlage. Die überdachte Restaurant -Terrasse im obersten Stock (Frühstück und abends) abends mit Kerzenlicht und leiser Musik ist so zielmlich das Schönste Schönste was wir auf Sizilien gesehen haben. Die Küstenlinie bei Nacht (von Taormina bis Acireale und weiter) ist unbeschreiblich. Die Küche (bis 23 h) bietet bei freundlichstem Service und zu Minipreisen beste sizilian. Speisen und Getränke. Wir kommen wieder !

È sempre una favolosa conferma! Abbiamo pernottato lo scorso weekend per una fuga fronte mare: Si respira un clima sereno e appagante! Colazione eccellente: frutta freschissima, cornetti caldi, grande varietà di yogurt e succhi ! Essendo una grande fan del salato, ho potuto gustare delle uova super ! Imbarazzo della scelta! Camere pulite, accurate nell’arredamento e complete di tutto! Aperitivo in terrazza con ottimo gin tonic e stuzzicheria varia! Ritorneremo 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
