Ripley

Great stay at this Premier Inn. This is probably our 5th visit to this particular hotel due to having family nearby. We love the fact it has plenty of parking. It's great having the pub, a McDonald's and a Sainsbury's all on the doorstep. We always find the staff here so helpful and friendly. On this particular visit we had an issue with our curtain rail. Pedro was so helpful and got this sorted immediately for us. He was so helpful and after chatting to my two children we woke up the following morning to some sweets for the kids and a can of cider for me. Such a thoughtful gesture that we all really appreciated. All the staff are great but a special thanks to Pedro.

I have been staying here regularly for around 9 months, staff are always super helpful, the rooms are always very clean. When i have stayed a few nights in a row they always service the room for me each day. The food in the pub next door is a bit hit and miss though depends which chef is in. 20 minute walk to a local real ale bar, there are several locally.

Excellent one night stay, friendly helpful staff and clean and comfortable room which was very quiet and a really comfy bed. Air conditioning was most welcome also as a very hot day. Very good value for money and an excellent all you can eat breakfast.

We were booked in this premier inn because we were attending a funeral. We arrived a little earlier than 3 after a very hot 2hour drive, we were allowed to check-in and change for the funeral, a special Thankyou to Paul for printing out directions for us . We had an amazing sleep in that very comfortable bed.Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast area is run like a well oiled machine, with very friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend this inn.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and tidy. Easy location to reach the venue we were going to. Helpful having the restaurant right next door serving decent food and drink. Will defo stay again here it’s in a good location and cheap for the area as well

Fantastic room and always a fab sleep. We had the pleasure of meeting Pedro, the night manager when we came in early hrs, what a pleasant guy, had a lovely chat with him. Big shout out to him, he is Very passionate about his job. Regular visitors here and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
