Ripley

Great stay at this Premier Inn. This is probably our 5th visit to this particular hotel due to having family nearby. We love the fact it has plenty of parking. It's great having the pub, a McDonald's and a Sainsbury's all on the doorstep. We always find the staff here so helpful and friendly. On this particular visit we had an issue with our curtain rail. Pedro was so helpful and got this sorted immediately for us. He was so helpful and after chatting to my two children we woke up the following morning to some sweets for the kids and a can of cider for me. Such a thoughtful gesture that we all really appreciated. All the staff are great but a special thanks to Pedro.

I had a truly delightful stay at the Premium Inn Hotel! The staff were attentive and welcoming especially Teresa, ensuring every detail was perfect throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished. I highly recommend.

We had a really good stay: our room was comfortable with extra beds (single and cot) made up for us; staff members were friendly and helpful; brilliant breakfast with plenty of choice (all was well cooked) and the location was good for visiting local areas.

Fantastic premier inn. Rooms very clean, tidy and beds comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and the best premier inn breakfast I've ever had- eggs cooked to perfection! Will definitely be booking again if we come to Derby. Highly recommend!

Well on our stay here again. And it was just as good. The staff nothing is too much trouble. On reception we dealt with Paul and Loretta who are so friendly and assure d us that if we needed anything then just to ask them. At night there is nigel and again so nice. Admittedly the hotel is looking tired and really does need a an upgrade but it doesn't take away . The fact you are made very welcome.

Fantastic staff , very polite and helpful , would not hesitate in recommending the Premier Inn at Ripley , the reception staff have been absolutely sublime , nothing is too much trouble for them , I've been staying here for 7 months , the rooms are spacious and very well presented, always clean and tidy , the restaurant staff have been really friendly, curtious, polite and industrious .
