Clean and modern. Friendly staff and service. The only downside is the breakfast, upgrades on what's offered is needed.

Estavamos de passagem para Ushuaia... Hotel limpo.... Cama boa... Chuveiro maravilhoso... Café bom... Nossa balsa não saiu, tivemos que voltar e escolhemos ficar nele de novo... Atendimento muito bom... Estacionamento gratis... Voltaria.

La verdad es que es un muy buen hotel. Cómodo. Bien ubicado. Habitación bien insonorizada. Muy limpio. Cama cómoda. Toallas muy buenas. Totalmente recomendable. El desayuno es servido en un ambiente muy bien logrado y es variado. Tiene gimnasio y spa. El personal es atento. Sin dudas volvería.

La verdad habia estado otras veces y se ve deteriorado el hotel, con falta de rejuvenecimiento, las habitaciones quedadas en el tiempo, el desayuno muy básico. El precio me pareció bastante excesivo y los ameneties de mala calidad, lo mismo con la ropa de cama y baño muy usada.

El mejor hotel de Río Gallegos. Ambientación y confort. Un gran desayuno y el restaurante Puro Sur es el mejor de la ciudad. Se nota la presencia familiar en cada detalle. Salones de reuniones. Espacios para trabajar o relajarse. Por placer o negocios es siempre recomendable pasar por Hotel Patagonia

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene estacionamiento pero el estacionamiento es pequeño así que depende de la disponibilidad. El baño tenía tina muy cómoda, el bar del hotel en el primer piso muy bonito también. Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno, uno de los mejores desayunos Que he comido en hoteles. Muy completo y variado. Los peros: hizo mucho calor en la noche en la habitación y no podíamos dormir del calor. En la habitación no había para hervir agua. No pudimos conocer el spa así que para otra vez. El hotel fue lo único que nos gustó de rio gallegos.

Vuajé con mi marido por turismo 2 noches. Nos dieton una habitacion doble con 2 camas porque no les quedaba matrimonial y al ver que no me gustó la habitacion porque era muy pequeña y las camas eran de 1 plaza en donde mi marido no entraba de largo , nos cambiaron a la suite, respetándonos el precio. Lo único malo es que nos fueron a arreglar el excusado 3 veces porque estaba goteando, lo que interrumpia nuestro descanso. l Lo mejor del hotel fue su personal de recepción Maxi y Alejandro que siempre intentaron poner lo mejor de su parte para que estuviéramos agradados y fueron muy amables. El restaurant del hotel lo mejor y varios espacios hermosos y acogedores para trabajar, tomarse un trago o descansar. Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento si no usan las piezas enanas que tienen

Las instalaciones generales del hotel, los lugares compartidos son muy lindos y con muy buena presentación. En la habitación, hay detalles muy mejorables en cuanto a comodidad y mobiliario. Un detalle, el primer día la habitación fría (según recepción, porque tenían algún problema con las calderas). Resto de los días no se podía aguantar el calor dentro de la habitación.

Ótimo hotel! O quarto é amplo, banheiro bom com um chuveiro delicioso. Vantagem do hotel é que tb tem estacionamento. O restaurante do hotel tb atende bem, para quem como nós não tem tempo de sair para jantar. Café da manhã muito bem servido.
