Premier Inn Ringwood

Stayed here for one night Sophie took our food and drinks menu and was very friendly and professional. She was receiving unwarranted abuse from two male customers but remained professional throughout. Sophie is a true asset to the company. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable. The receptionist Tobey was professional and extremely helpful and the Chef Aylinn delivered hot and satisfying food. A bath in the bathroom!! Such a luxury. Bed was so very comfortable an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Good job all round. We will be back. Kathy and Andrew Q

We stay here every two weeks due to medical treatment our daughter is currently having. Good location and staff always friendly. We have a long drive here each time and this particular time we were greated with a lovely treat in our room. Small bottle of wine for us adults and sweets for the kids. Lovely touch and another reason why we choose to stay here each time.

Not a great stay. When we arrived we were allocated a room and then on entering somebody was already in the room. Not good at all and immediately raised concerns over security etc. We were staying in a premium plus room - the ultimate wifi which should be included went off the 2nd day and neither of the codes provided worked, the duvet cover had holes in it, only a set of towels for one, and the door key deactivated half way through our stay! So a poor experience. However the worst part was breakfast, which we decided to have on the last day. The areas where unclean, the stack of plates by the hot plates were dirty, had to remove many of them before a clean plate could be found. This really questioned the cleanliness of the rest of the kitchen area. We have stayed in Premier Inn on a number of occasions/ locations and this was the worst by far and this experience has put doubts as to whether we would stay in one again.

A basic prem inn that is a bit tired. Staff worked hard and were friendly, Room was on the smaller side for a family room with no room to walk between the beds and mattress on the floor. Great breakfast. Free parking. Close to the parts of the New Forest that we wanted to see

As a contractor working around the UK constantly, we have come across good and bad. I can say that the premier inn , in Ringwood is great , nice and quiet. The staff are very friendly and help with anything., Jane on reception, especially , very polite, very accommodating and helped us with knowledge of the local area , and with rooms ( if everyone was like this, the world would be a better place ) As I say, we have stayed in 100s of hotels. This is one of the best. So far .

Stayed in an accessible room with flush floor shower and standard double room. Staff were delight to chat to, always had time for you despite being on the go all the time. Accessible room was OK. As a carer that pushes a wheelchair found accessing the room and the hall from the reception difficult as the doors were heavy made. I found myself needing to clamber over who I was caring for to open the door, only to find once I opened the door the wheelchair was then out of reach. We managed though, so not a reason not to come here. Shower room was large for easier transfers from chair to loo, and chair to shower seat. The beds are lower than standard height, so great for transfers from chair to bed. I'm glad that we bought our own yellow bin bag as no bin provided. Other than the doors, more than suitable. Place was clean and warm we all slept well, and was well fed. Recommend! PS if you have an electric car, there are no charging facilities onsite, the closest charger being a podpoint in the gym opposite however there are signs stating you need a permit.
