Faktisk var dette hotel bare soso, og jeg anbefalede ikke at bo på dette hotel, men det var praktisk at tage til lufthavnen

Værelset er rent, ingen dikkedarer er godt for miljøet. Bare giv det, vi har brug for til et kort ophold. Restaurantpersonale effektivt, check-in hurtigt. Men ville ønske, at receptionisten fortalte os, at der vil blive opkrævet et gebyr på £4,5 pr. person for men til lufthavnen. Vi vidste det ikke, før vi stod af bussen ved terminalen, og chaufføren bad os om at betale

Perfect stay pre departure.

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

整體而言十分乾淨，就是暖氣有點不太穩定。酒店提供付費的餐飲服務，選擇也足夠，食物質素令人滿意。

自助check in 很方便，設有收費停車場，價錢合理。

比較一般，停車費也貴，周邊啥都沒有

Another fantastic stay at Premier Inn North. The food was good as always. Everything was fresh and tasty. We had couple of drinks at the bar. Is good offer two for 12 on cocktails. Room was clean and bad so comfy. The shuttle bus pick as in time. We will definitely stay again. Special thanks for MAGDALENA who look after as in the restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend had just sat through a 9 and a half hour flight from Vegas to Manchester and wanted a nice cheap place to sleep and recover, upon arriving at the hotel there were some extremely loud works being done to the exterior of the building which we were not told about prior to booking. We have paid and extra £15 for early check-in at 11 however upon check in at 11:15 we were made to wait 10-15 whilst someone “checked” if our room was clean (more than likely finishing it off), After waiting we then got handed our room key with no apology or respect. We got to our room and it sounded like the place was going to fall down, sounded like the workmen were drilling through the wall. After a 10 hour flight all we wanted to do was sleep and rest. We went down to complain about the noise and the staff told us that they would be working until 5PM. We asked for a different room and he told us to wait half an hour and come back. After half an hour we went down and he told us our room was moved to the sixth floor, it was better but the noise was still loads.

A good hotel if you are going through Manchester airport and need a break before a long flight. Makes the whole journey much more pleasant

Booked around 3 months before we stayed and got a room for £56. South was £72 at the time . Got emails telling us about building work outside - which was evident . When we got in our room - workmen were right outside the window . No issue really . Had a good view of the terminal buildings which was good . Room was clean with shower gel and soap dispensers . Decent size room - not the biggest but was clean . Didn’t eat but thought prices of drinks were decent really . Had a nice 15 min stroll to the runway viewing area . Ideal location for airport - uber was £11, pick up taxis £15 . Staff pleasant and polite .
