Great hotel, value for money, good restaurant and bar , definitely staying again later this year

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

Once again we had a great stay at the Premier Inn. It’s really close to Manchester Airport and literally a five minute transfer by either pre booking a taxi the evening before or the shuttle bus was £5 per person. This time we had a corner room with double window aspect which was a bonus.

Always stay here if we need a hotel the night before a flight at Manchester Airport. You generally know what you're going to get at a Premier Inn, but here you get great, friendly, professional staff. Good decent food and this time we were wowed by the cleanliness. I don't think I have ever come across such clean glasses both in the bedroom and for juice at breakfast. The attention to detail is superb and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :) Thank you to Miguel and Gosia who made this a very memorable stay!!!

The beds are very good in all Premier Inn Hotels, guaranteeing a good nights sleep. Pretty much everything else was disappointing. Rooms are quite dated and difficult to heat quickly and once you leave the room it goes cold again. Drinks from the bar were expensive and the carpet in front of the bar was held together with sticky tape, which was coming loose. Very limited menu choice as one of the fryers had broken, so a lot of items were scrubbed from the menu. I decided on steak and chips, probably the most expensive item on the menu. I ordered it rare but it came medium/well done and was somewhat gristly. I travelled to this Premier Inn via Public Transport from the airport and no information on how to get to the hotel by public transport is provided and it's quite difficult to find information on Manchester's Bee Network website. There are two potential bus routes, the X5 and 313 but unfortunately the driver of the X5 didn't know where the Runger Lane/Hasty Lane bus stop was. I then caught the 313, which dropped me at the correct stop. There is then a third of a mile walk to the hotel and, curiously, the bus goes past the hotel but there is no stop there. The early morning shuttle bus was excellent and very good value at £5. It was perfectly on time and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is convenient for very early morning flights, but I'm afraid that's its only recommendation.

Premier Inn North December 2024: No Change. Premier Inn North hasn’t changed, still the same comfort level and quality, I had the dinner meal deal with a little upgrade and all was good, the beer on tap is great. However, whichever Premier Inn I stay the bathroom extract fan does not work, so automatically the bathroom becomes a steam room, still the same over bath shower with curtain and only a rain shower, no hand shower, it is 2024 should be time for an upgrade perhaps, maybe with the addition of an in room fridge?

The room was fine in terms of cleanliness and being comfortable but really let down but not having soundproof windows. We had a early start and getting a good night's sleep was super important however constantly woken up multiple times throughout the night by the road, people talking and it sounded like the bins being closed. It got so bad we decided to leave early for the airport. We use different Premier Inns throughout the UK multiple times a year without issue. Hoping this is just a 1 off as the location is perfect for the airport.

Great customer service from all staff we met. Very pleasant and helpful. We only stayed one night before flying off on a short break. Room clean and comfortable and food good. Our server for dinner was excellent very attentive and friendly, likewise reception staff were lovely too. Good job Premier Inn.

Supposedly option for soft or firm pillows. All ours appeared to be on the firm side. I prefer a soft pillow. For the evening meal, I ordered beer battered fish. When it arrived it was actually fried or grilled haddock. As I could not wait for a re-order, I ate it. Had I been informed that there was no beer battered fish, I would have ordered something different. When we departed at 04:30 in the morning, I had to wade through, what I can only describe, as a small lake, at the rear of my car and up to the side of the car. We were parked in the disabled bays to the right hand side of reception.
