El personal súper bien en todos los aspectos,estuvimos en la 605 la habitación es nueva pues están de reformas y nos gustó ,muy cómodo el colchón y las almohadas.. Muy recomendable...volveremos

Scores out of 10 . 10 being great. Staff 10 , cleanliness 9.99999 . found 1 hair on my balcony table ! Breakfast 10 . Not full English or hot food , if you want that stay at home . Good fruit juices , tea , coffee , tuna , eggs selection of meats , selection of cheese , fresh fruits , selection of pastry 's , selection of breads , selection of milks and cereals .. Location 9.9 , I'm mostly in a wheelchair and could get around the hotel and surrounding area . Some of it a little challenging but good area for disabled people ! Only little niggles is that disabled ramps in Spain and including the hotel are too steep. Other thing that may bother some is that the street view rooms can be noisy from 7 am . Did not bother me. This is a very clean and tidy hotel with great staff , breakfast , cleaning . In a Spanish tourist area I would guess as the locals did not speak much English , as I mostly ordered a beer I could manage fine . Huge thank's to all the staff for a great stay and I intend to return

I booked (on the hotels own site), paid and got a confirmation two weeks in advance, yet upon arrival they had no room - the hotel was full. They had arranged for me to instead stay at their friend’s hotel, away from Rincón and away from the sea near no city, no restaurants and no beach. In itself the replacement was a decent place, but I came here for the city and the beach.

It’s just a building site and is nothing like the website check my pictures for true likeness but I blame SUNSHINE HOLIDAYS they knew it was like building site and took my money and said nothing knowing I was disabled I was confined to my room the whole of the stay and tried to contact sunshine holidays but just fell on deaf ears hoping I would go away so thanks sunshine holidays I will never use your company again

Booked a trip with friends, returning yesterday. Staff were very pleasant but the rooms we were allocated varied massively. Friends were on 6th floor and we were on 4th floor (401). It was like we were staying in different hotels. Our room was very, very shabby. Air conditioning unit leaked so much that one side table was flooded with water unless we put a bin underneath. There was a space that should have had a fridge but it was just a mouldy empty cupboard. Bathroom was tiny with a cheap plastic wall mounted hair dryer that was useless. Toilet made trickling noise all night. Very old rickety wooden chair that we had to put outside of room otherwise we would have tripped over it because room was so small. Had we not been with friends we would have moved hotels. I would say the difference in room quality is circa 1970's Butlins and 6th floor present day Premier Inn. We were on 3 night mini "moon" after getting married. We asked to change rooms but they said they were full. All that said staff were pleasant when approached but couldn't do anything. This end of the resort is undergoing renovation. It is a mainly Spanish holiday resort which was refreshing. Very little English spoken in bars and restaurants which led to a few meal surprises. Breakfast was adequate but repetitive and restaurant area was hot and stuffy. We tried eating outside but were told not too which was a shame. Coffee machine queue very tedious so gave up. Best bit was the beach bar opposite the hotel. Comfy sun beds, music and table service for 15 euros a day, one free cocktail included. Would consider trying again for a long weekend in couple of years when all rooms have been completely renovated and the promenade works have finished.
