Room is very clean and spacious. Nice furniture installed. Very close to the central bus station. Nice staff and services

Excellent place for stay in the hart of Riga, Latvia. Stylish, spacious, incredible location and delitious food!

Nice design idea, POOR implementation, as details are not thought through, such as wall hooks are missing or gone, mildew in the shower, sink areas and terrible or cheap quality toilet paper, especially for a 4 star hotel and vs what is actually available in Latvia, no hand soap, but a bottle of liquid soap and bottle that is falling apart, breakfast is in a bar/restaurant area with poorly cleaned sticky floor and obvious mistakes in the room numbering on the 2nd floor instead of 219 it says 119...not intentionally, but poorly checked when numbers were made or attached and cleaning was not done even though it was requested. Crooked metal furniture and terribly dirty, sticky tv remote control and absolutely limited to none English news,programs to watch, mostlyUkrainian, Latvian or German. Only the lobby staff helped to change towels. Not a 4 start hotel experience, as lobby staff is nice, but no understanding or training of a 4 star service quality and standard

Nice modern rooms in a fantastic location! Hotel spread across 3 buildings, but not an inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent offering hot, cold and local food; it was late to open on the one day when we needed it most though, as we were going out very early. Staff generally very helpful and friendly. Bed very comfy. Good radiators for drying soggy coats. Would stay again (and are planning to as well!).

Cuatro estrellas en un complejo de edificios sin ascensor a una segunda planta, se echa en falta un espejo de cuerpo entero, el desayuno muy bueno y completo, pero claro junto a todo el complejo, masificado. Limpio, bonito y espacioso

Отличный отель после реновации, номера новые, чистые, современные. Местоположение в шаговой доступности до любых достопримечательностей. Персонал прекрасный. Остался очень доволен посещением, обязательно остановлюсь следующий раз.
