Great experience. We arrived late after a long drive up from London and this was handled stunningly by the team, had a great nights sleep and brekkie is being made as we speak! Highly recommend!

Lovely English house, 3 story with elegantly appointed rooms with Victoria / Georgian style furniture. Friendly owners, great coffee and breakfast is the complete experience. The location is in the very center of the town just near the castle.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. The people are so friendly and helpful. I stupidly left my rucksack behind, and they really went the extra mile to help get it back to me. Great trip and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Check in is 4pm which I think is too late. The building is very old and run down and the decor is very dated (probably 80's) Our room was shabby, uneven floor and the bed very uncomfortable. On the plus side the sheets and towels were really good quality. Breakfast was great from lovely old china and the welcome drink appreciated. Nigel was a great host but all in all the hotel needs a complete refurb from top to toe. Or drop the Luxury from the title!

Good quality accommodation on the Coast-to-Coast trail in the heart of Richmond. Well-organised service. Recommended (though perhaps the "boutique luxury" label is a bit pretentious - it's a basically a decent bed & breakfast).

Great location in Richmond, right in the centre Very quirky old building, with all the original features Greeted with a warm welcome and drink Comfy room, very welcome bath and comfy bed Fabulous breakfast in the morning - and great porridge!

Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good quality and room was very comfortable and had all necessary facilities. Convenient for coast to coast walk or investigating area or just enjoying Richmond. Really enjoyed out stay here. Would recommend

Lovely quirky b and b . Immaculately clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Very accommodating friendly host. Bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. Nice range of drinks and quality biscuits. I would definitely stay here again. Nice central position in Richmond too

Just don’t even think of going here. We didn’t even stay. There is not one luxury thing about this place . Tired , old , grubby , gross. Think the owner lives in the sitting room . Wouldn’t give us our money back . Still traumatized . Totally disgusting .
