The location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Very bad experience. Overcharged. A few skeptical things happened as follow: 1, I booked the room in mid-Sept for my elderly parents and I pre-paid HKD 3770.65 (equivalent to CAD 670) for their 3 nights stay in October. Non-refundable. After their stay, they were shown a hotel copy of the receipt for CAD 499.76. But I paid CAD 670. 2, When they checked-in one day early and needed one more night, they were charged CAD 218 for a room. After I was informed, I checked Trip.com an available room of the same grade should be CAD 148. My elderly parents were sold under false information.

The hotel is a bit dated, far from skytrain (about 10 min walk) but still walkable. The room isn't as bad as other reviews I've read before. But the sink pipe is leaking water. We put a towel to absorb the leaking water instead of calling the front desk.

The hotel is very convenient. Lots of food options. The room is clean. The staff is friendly.

The facility is a little old. The bedside light burnt out when i was reading and the plug of the electric kettle wasn't working. Other than these small things, all was good. Shuttle service is recommendable and there are interesting restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Tried a Chinese noodle place called ban but xian. The food was so tasty.

This is a very nice property, 8 minute walk to the sky train, very quiet except the places but no sirens etc. We felt very safe and the beds are crazy comfortable. Rooms were nicely appointed and very clean..

The hotel is a little old in general. The room is alright but would be nice if they have more lightings. It gets a little too dim at night. The location is fine, close to a mall with big supermarkets.

Very close to airport, although it said 30mins per trip for the free shuttle, the shuttle may not come on time but so far still ok for the stay

Location is good, shuttle to the airport is convenient. But the service in the hotel doesn’t match the price. If you need something, all you can to is to go downstairs to get it by yourself.

Shower drain not working properly. Staff ignore problem and did not provide solution other than saying please for wait for 10 mins but never came back.

Very professional and supportive receptionists!I have some misarrangement and I was a little bit panic. The receptionists offer me the solution on it and helped me settle the problem. Best experience I ever have! 前台非常专业！非常帮得上忙！ 我在安排上出了点问题，当时就有点慌，前台很快就有解决办法，然后帮我把问题直接给处理好了。属于是最棒的体验了！

Enjoy the complimentary shuttle bus service between Vancouver airport. It is scheduled every 30 minutes. Please bring your own tooth brush. There only basic amenities of shampoo conditioner and body wash.

A bit old and cleaningness is acceptable ( i can see stains on curtain and blanket though), while toilet cleanning is fine. Bed size is pk and comfotablr
