Arrived at airport and called in to get shuttle bus. After 45 min wait took a Uber. Arrived. Surprising that as a Marriott Bonvoy wasn’t recognized. This is a first. Lobby is ok. But the rooms need a complete overhaul. Cold air blowing from wall heater. Room wasn’t cleaned after staying 3 nights. Garbage pilled up in ice room. Definitely not a normal Marriott experience. Front desk manager Shelly was very friendly. Made a difference. Ok now on to the bar in the lobby. Started out rough. The bartender seemed loss. I asked if I could watch hockey game and he couldn’t find. No effort. For hockey town I was shocked. But came back the next night and Zander was working. Such a sweet young fella. Made up for the previous experience 100%. Highly recommend if Zander is working

Mack was an amazing young man. He checked us quickly, got everything we needed or pointed us in the right direction and was always smiling, helpful and polite. The only bad note was you pay $8 for breakfast and it was not edible. They said you could request a fresh made to order breakfast sandwich but tge girl in tge kitchen did not speak english. The biscuits were hard as a rock, sausage gravy empty, scrambled eggs were brown...it was not good at all. We had to go eat after we attempted to have breakfast here :(

Careful when booking through third party. After driving nine hours and arriving at hotel , I was informed that they moved me to another hotel miles away. Management and staff were rude and dismissive and could not clearly give an explanation. The new hotel was so generous, sympathetic and even apologetic ( although not even their fault ). Some grace could have gone a long way.

This is an okay property as it is low cost. We did find the bed more comfortable than the Towne Suites where we stayed the night before. They DON'T charge for parking which many hotels in the area do charge for parking. The property is a bit old. The rooms need to be updated.

I have been to this property several times in the last year, and will return. The staff is absolutely fantastic as is the gym! I want to give Stephanie a special shout out as she went above and beyond on more then one occasion this stay. Thanks so much!

Dave the night manager was amazing. I couldn’t fly out because of bad weather and were quite a few people waiting to get rooms. He was the only one here and he did great. Well done Dave. Hotel was clean that was comfortable everything but the four points was fantastic. Give Dave a raise. He deserves it. Andrea

The hotel lobby it’s nice the rooms are dark so not enough lighting even if you turn on all the lights in the room. The menu music on the TV when you walk in the rooms is to welcome you, but it’s not muted in the room and it’s not muted outside see you hear it all night outside your room. Keep me awake.
