Angela Downtown Hotel

We stayed here for 2 weeks, the hotel was conveniently situated for shops beaches tourism, the hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was continental and hot, the rooms were tided every day but not always cleaned. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely friendly hotel. The staff were polite, informative, and helpful. Lovely breakfast and service. The room was well presented and comfy bed. Had a view over the pool, which was just warm enough to swim in.  The TV has an HDMI socket so I was able to plug in my computer and watch UK TV. Would recommend this hotel as it's near the centre of everything in Rhodes.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we were met by a lovely receptionist. There is a lift to the rooms. We were on the 4th floor. The bedroom was spacious however could do with a deep clean and refurb. There were parts of the wall that were damaged and the shower in the bathroom kept leaking under the door when in use. We had a balcony but wasn’t wide enough to put a chair to sit out and you overlooked another hotel, but was nice for the breeze. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station, restaurants and old town. The hotel breakfast had lots of options but some of the food was dry. You could hear the next door room guests talking, laughing or having a shower - the walls are very thin. There was also drilling starting around 7am.

Very good location. Rooms were basic but more than adequate. Staff very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely 5 star. I was Hilton Breakfast manager for many years and this Breakfast is absolutely up there with the best hotels. Congradulations to the manager and her team on doing breakfast the way it should be done. We also checked out at 9 but we're only flying out at 24.45 so went on a boat cruise for the day on returning to the hotel at 5 they provided us with showering facilities to freshen up before flying home. Again I might add the facility was very good had a real spa feeling to it. Thank you for a great stay.

unexpectedly nice place to stay in Rhodes.. other friends had stayed on the beach in Faliraki but glad we stayed in quiet street in middle of Rhodes town.. everything is in walking distance. The rooms are clean, brekfast is good and varied, pool is nice and clean and not too small.. gym in basement has excellent changing/showers aswell. Reception area is great for relaxing Dina in reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly 5* for her

A venue which mocks its 3 star status and is so close to the Beach, Harbour and Old Town. Very friendly and accommodating staff in Anna and Dina who went out of their way to help. Breakfast was good and chilled blood orange juice was always available. Can't wait to come back to this beautiful part of the world and would stay here.
