Zrovna lezim na lehatku pri bazene, lietadlo nam leti o par hodin, tak vyuzivam tento cas na napisanie recenzie. Check in po prijazde do hotela (minulu nedelu okolo 21:00) prebehol hladko a este sme stihli aj veceru, ktora sa podava do 21:30. Strava celkovo je tu pestra, kazdy si vyberie to svoje ci uz na ranajky, obed alebo veceru, doobeda a poobede sa podaval aj snack. Obcas sa stalo ze nejake jedlo chybalo, behom par minut ho vsak doplnili. Asi raz-dvakrat sa stalo ze sme chvilu cakali na stol. Casnici a celkovo personal bol prijemny a mily. V baroch do 23:00 sa podavali drinky, pivo a vino v ramci all inclusive, potom sa uz platilo. Raz sme boli na veceri v greckej restauracii kde sa podaval aperitiv, predjedlo, hlavne jedlo (moznost vyberu zo 4 jedal) a dezert. Mne osobne chutilo, bolo toho vsak prilis vela. Ubytovani sme boli v bungalovoch na prvom poschodi s vyhladom na bazen asi 30m od miesta kde prebiehal vecerny program. Hudba dost hucala, takze do tej cca 23:30 sa nedalo zaspat. Bungalov sice uz nieco zazil ale nestazujeme sa. Nachadza sa tam aj sprcha aj vana, vo vani vsak nie je zaves a ked niekto vstupi do bungalovu, prakticky hned vidi vanu. Klimatizaciu nam prisli vymenit v treti den pobytu kedze takmer vobec nechladila, potom to uz bolo v pohode. Uteraky a osusky menili kazdy den, takisto aj doplnali sampon a sprchac ked sa minal. V izbe je aj mala chladnicka, fen a TV, ten sme vsak ani raz nezapli, rychlovarna konvica + caje, trezor. Lezadla a slnecniky pri bazene a na plazi boli uz v cene, lezadla vsak bolo potrebne si rano obsadit. Na vacsinu plaze je zly pristup do vody kvoli skalam, akurat na kraji rezortu pri pristave je piesocna plaz s lehatkami, sprchou a bufetom. Plaz by obcas mohli vycistit od rias, inac bola v pohode, dno bolo piescite, obuv do mora nie je potrebna, takisto aj snorchel je zbytocny. Osusky na plaz sa daju vymenit max 3krat za tyzden, treba vsak ist hned rano, inac mate smolu. Z miestnej pozicovne sme si na jeden den pozicali auto (fiat panda za 60€ vratane poistenia) a isli sme pozriet doobeda udolie motylov (detom sa pacilo) a poobede sme sli pozriet mesto Rhodos - krasne mesto, odporucam ist na cely den, je tam co pozerat. Neda mi este nespomenut macky ktore sa vyskytuju v celom areali vratane restauracii. Wifi fungovala celkom fajn az na jeden den kedy dost casto vypadavala. Celkovo spokojnost a pobyt by som ohodnotil na 4 hviezdicky. Co ocenujem je ze hoci check out je do 11:00 am, mohli sme ist este dnes na obed a az do nasho odchodu o 17:00 vyuzivat vsetky moznosti hotela.

Avoid at all costs. Definitely not 5 star. Dirty, unkempt and no facilities open. A La carte restaurants were closed, desolate outbuildings. Beach bar not open , we found a dirty empty shack . Amphitheater closed. Tennis court with no net. Mini golf closed. No evening entertainment as advertised , all boxes still on stage. One of the 2 swimming pools not cleaned , was filthy and brown. The other pool was just being cleaned on the last day of our 4 day stay. Beach volley ball was advertised , we found a mud plot with no net. Dirty rooms that clearly hadn’t been cleaned and they stank of smoke. Mini bar translated as a fridge with 1 bottle of water in. Hotel toilets were disgusting , flooded and missing toilet seats for the first 3 days we were there. Buffet restaurant is dirty with cold food , long queues , not enough tables and awful customer service. My children hardly ate for 4 days. Unkempt grounds throughout the hotel , weeds and moss around pool area. Never a free seat in small bar area. Queues of people constantly complaining , only to be met with rude and unhelpful staff. The only good point was the 2 lovely bar staff …… when you were actually able to get a drink ! This hotel is clearly weeks away from being ready to open, so travel agents should not be allowed to mis sell/ mis advertise this hotel and take peoples hard earned money for a holiday from hell.

We were surprised by the condition of this resort especially the rooms. Dirty and mold and really worn out. I can’t recommend this place. Location with the car about 20 minutes away from the airport, nothing else around except the ocean. Parking in the front possible.

Easyjet has really got this hotel very wrong this is not a 5*The full inclusive price should be all inclusive. Food standard is very poor, and constantly serving the same dish. The included alcohol is very poor standard, watered down red wine, and poor selection of alcohol, you can pay for a branded drinks. Ensure you go to dinner early as you will not get much as they run out of plates and food. It's the worst all inclusive l have every stayed at. As for the private beach, it's dirty and unkempt beach. Room is basic, but clean thanks to the hard working young ladies who clean the rooms. On a late arrival, 23.00, we were told where our room was and sent on our way, with no help with cases, just a paper map, no food or drink till the morning. Such a shame as a great setting, fab sunsets to watch. Great help getting taxis from the Auzzie/greek gentleman in the hotel, very friendly and helpful. Nothing outside like restaurants or bars, but it makes for a quiet resort. This hotel could be fantastic. It lacks the extras you would expect, which is disappointing 😞

Is it possible to give a hotel 0 stars? I booked all inclusive, but was no near an all inclusive experience! It is not possible to get water bottles, instead they charge you money for it. They give water from the tab, but the water is not clean or atleast tastes nothing like clean water. You get 2 water bottles from the housekeeping, but with 35 degrees daily it is no nearly enough. Other than that, you can't get daily clean towels. Instead you get 2 clean towels every 3 days, which is insane. Food tastes very bad and not fresh, and there are animals everywhere when you eat. The service at the lobby is horrible, and their excuses are that the rules change every day, and that if you aren't happy, you can just complain to the management. Stay away from this hotel. This is not a 5 star all inclusive hotel! Will never come here again, and I suggest that if you want to get a good experience in Rhodes, that you book a hotel somewhere else!
