OK... Grab a cuppa because there's so much to say. Last year we were lucky to have been given a free upgrade to an executive room so when I was booking this year, I was a little apprehensive about whether our experience would be as good - I shouldn't have worried! Oh my! We booked a junior suite with a pool view and it was perfect. Very spacious for the three of us. And the things that came free with the executive room were available at a minimal cost - and a reasonable cost too. We paid for the ironing service - at 3 euros a shirt - very reasonable. We paid for a safe and had a late checkout too. The receptionists - Christina and Thespina were always so helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Our porter Raul (always smiling and happy) took our luggage to our room which was always kept lovely and clean and smelt gorgeous after a clean by the incredible housekeeping/cleaning team. Our day would start with a breakfast - fit for kings and queens. A huge variety of options whether it's bacon and eggs, cereals, toast with jams, fruit, and smoothies - you wouldn't have to worry about going hungry. The moment we sat, the lovely waiters - Yevoslav, Zoe, Stamatis, Ruslan - would be at our table offering tea/coffee. After breakfast, we would make our way to the pool at the top by our room for a morning cappuccino at Helios Pool Bar served by the wonderful, friendly, kind Elena who always greeted us with a big smile. The boys enjoyed the crepes in the creperie served by the wonderful Margarita. We could have lunch in the restaurant - most of the week we didn't because there were also lots of other choices - but we were amazed by the delicious food. I enjoyed a very lovely lunch of mussels. In the afternoon, we would head down to the White Pool which was vibrant and bursting with activity. This is what I loved most about Lindos White Hotel & Suites - the balance of being able to be in a calming, soothing environment in the pool area at the top, but if you wanted to by the pool listening to music, the White pool was the place to be. Pantelis and George were on hand, always with a smile, ready to serve up your fav cocktail and there were some delicious fries for picking with some rolls or ice-cream - something for everyone. Come evening time, we would head down to the main restaurant met by Stavros and Stergas (maitre and sous maitre) who were always there greeting us with a smile, and welcoming us to dinner. Dinner was, yet another, delicious meal. After dinner, we would wander into the hotel bar area 'Bacchus Bar' to be greeted by the wonderful Michalis - a friend to all always happy and smiling and welcoming. Most nights there was entertainment down at the White Pool bar and we enjoyed the dancing very much. Erika, the animation manager, was always on hand creating wonderful evenings and activities to keep everyone entertained. I noticed whilst typing this was just how lovely everyone is. Anyone can have a hotel, but
