Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was nothing short of perfection. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to cater to our every need. Their hospitality made our stay feel so special and personal. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding — easily the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. The food was exceptional across the board. Whether dining at the à la carte restaurants or enjoying the buffet, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend opting for the premium all-inclusive package — every meal, snack, and drink (including branded options) was included and available whenever we wanted. The pool areas felt like paradise — peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to unwind. We also rented a car through the on-site rental company, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Picking up and dropping off the car directly from the hotel car park was seamless and stress-free. Even the little touches, like the reception arranging taxis, were done with care. The taxi service they use was consistently professional, with excellent drivers and clean, comfortable vehicles. What really stood out to us was how the staff went above and beyond when on our last day my husband was feeling unwell with a bad migraine. The hotel staff were so caring and attentive — they kindly let us use a room for the day after we had already checked out, so he could rest comfortably before our evening transfer. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the heart of this place. This is the kind of hotel where you’re truly looked after from start to finish. You’re made to feel like one of the family, and the level of care and attention is something I’ll never forget. I honestly cannot fault a single thing. This was our second visit to this fantastic hotel. Normally we don't return to the same place twice but this place has us hooked :-). The staff are fantastic and friendly, they treat you like part of the family and are really a credit to this clean and well managed resort. The food is excellent with plenty of choice to offer any preference and requirements. In the main restaurant you can choose between Menu or Buffet, (or both in our case), or instead opt for one of the other gourmet offerings from the other two restaurants on site. There are also a few small local tavernas located near the hotel but some of these may be closed later in the season. We especially enjoyed the astronomy evening with Stratos, this is really a unique and fantastic idea which I have never seen at any other resort. With the almost guaranteed clear sky in Rhodes it's an ideal place for some well guided star gazing. In summery if you're looking for a relaxing care free holiday, look no further than the Atrium Palace, especially if you want some end of season sun :-). Special thanks to Pari, Natali and Manos in the restaurant there their fun and welcoming atmosphere and of course not forgetting Lukas the king of the beach ;-).

We visited Rhodes for a 3 day holidays and it was awesome!Everything in the hotel was just perfect! Very clean, animal - friendly and the people very kind and there to help with your questions. The food was very tasty and the service excellent! Especially Irina! With a big smile and heart, was there, like a professional, to help us with our choices!We were so sad because we became a family but we had to go! We are looking forward to come again in August! We booked the Atruim Prestige for our 10 year anniversary as a break for the bank holiday weekend in May. This was opening weekend for the summer season and they certainly didn't disappoint. From the moment we got there, we were warmly greated with friendly faces and smiles. The staff here are incredible and simply cannot do enough for you. From the amazing breakfasts to the perfect cocktails at the pool bar with Voula to the lunches and dinners with Jani & Vlad. The service level at this hotel is something that really stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble to the staff here amd after a super relaxing 4 days we look forward to returning with our children. Thanks for such a wonderful holiday! Dipesh & Seeta

My wife and I enjoyed 10 days in this great hotel. Stayed on the All Inclusive package which was really good with premium drinks and option to eat in all the restaurants and even travel to dine in other Atrium hotels. Lots of dining options and the food was first class. Special thanks to Valentina in the main restaurant for her warm personality and service and also Kiki. In the bar Antonis and Beatrice took care of all our needs. All staff are wonderful. Plenty of very comfortable sun beds and we loved their towel policy with no towel cards and an ample supply at all times. Special thanks to the staff at the pool bar too for their great service. Rooms were spotless and a great quiet sleep in room 543. We went to nearly Lindos one day by the great local bus service but I would avoid Lindos as it’s packed and uncomfortable but probably would be ok early morning or late evening. We can’t wait to go back to the Atrium Palace.

We returned yesterday from this hotel, a family of about 15 people. A very successful hotel, well maintained, outstanding service, close to Lindos which is a significant advantage. The hotel manager Apostolos together with the hotel's amazing staff were very kind, took care of our every request and made our vacation perfect. The hotel's beach is very active and it is possible to order food and cocktails right up to the sunbed. In addition, the hotel knows how to provide excellent service for children as well. As soon as we arrived we got brand new games literally as a gift for the kids. Disney dolls occasionally walk around the hotel and the atmosphere is very vital.
