Our stay in Electra Palace was great…there are many pros but also some improvements that need to be made. Overall a pleasant stay with friendly staff all over the hotel from hotel receptionists to the cleaners. The cleaners do a great job in keeping the hotel clean and tidy and this cannot be faulted at all. Facilities are great and also the toiletries provided are of good quality. Many reviews state the planes that fly over being a problem, we didn’t find this a problem and quite enjoyed watching them fly over. Beds were comfortable and room was of a decent size. Great bathrooms with good water pressure and really nice cosmetic bathing products provided. Positives: - Food in the buffet and Italian passage restaurant was of really good quality. You can dine at the Italian once during your stay for dinner and for lunch as many times as you please. The gelato parlour was really nice with lots of choice with scooped ice cream and also whippy ice cream with sauces, sprinkles etc. The Spritzville bakery was really nice with daily fresh pastries with really nice feta and spinach pies. Staff were friendly in all restaurants. - Cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10, the whole hotel was clean and couldn’t fault the cleaning team once. They came daily and cleaned rooms! - All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming and a special shoutout to the young baggage porter/receptionist (George) who always had a smile on his face and said hello… very friendly, please give him my thanks. - Hotel has a great layout and also lots of sunbeds, pool beds, cabanas, sofa style seating and many different seating areas and there was definitely no shortage of beds. People do get to the pool beds and cabanas first but there are lots of other seating options for sun bathing. - Hotel arranges transport through a company (called Prestige Travel) free of charge if you contact them directly, which was a bonus. Areas of improvements: - Food in the buffet is a limited choice but doesn’t seem to change, and for what is offered we saw it as quite limited and repetitive. Seemed to be the same things every night with some variation here and there. There was no choice for children or picky eaters which may make it difficult for families to visit here… we did get bored of the selection and ate out a few nights out of 7. - The cocktail selection is big but we couldn’t bring ourselves to drink many of them due to how sweet they were. All of the cocktails were made with pre mixes and it was busy but not too busy that a classic mojito cannot be made with fresh limes. Also I wish there was more choice of daiquiris that are made using actual blended fruit rather than rum poured into a slushy. - There are no named spirits which for a premium all inclusive I would have presumed there would be. - The rooms are not soundproofed in any way, if located near the pool you will hear the entertainment until it ends at 11pm, a main concern would be that you can hear into every room from th

The wonderful facilities and excellent staff made the stay an incredible experience. Plenty of activities for my family to remain occupied and an incredible selection of tasty food. The folks at reception were knowledgeable and helped out a lot whenever needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Katerina was absolutely fantastic. I was made to feel right at ease and comfortable throughout my whole massage! Would highly recommend coming down to the spa for treatments!

Just back from a week at the Electra Palace and had the best time. From the reception (a big shout out for Jordan...) to the food, a fabulous top class chef, nothing us too much trouble here for the cooking staff. Food was delicious. Bar staff brilliant. Premium drinks which is of course a bonus. There is a delicious ice cream shop (free wirh your AI package). You can visit this as often as you like although once a day was enough for me! You have a bakery if you want a snack rather than a big breakfast and/or lunch. The girls in there always welcome you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for these lovely ladies. Thank you, Anthoula and Emanuela. Customer Services is always on hand to guide you and help. Thank you Dinea. There are 3 very good a l carte restaurants. All very good but can 100% recommend the Greek Restaurant. All are available within your AI package. Another very positive thing is that the hotel Manager can be seen constantly walking around to ensure his ship is running satisfactorily day and night. A very little negative for me was finding out information about what is going on in the hotel, this could be made more visible and one other thing for us was getting a seat in the evening where we could see their very good entertainment. Two small things that would never stop ne visiting again. I thoroughly recommend thus property/hotel.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel, overall it offered peaceful surroundings and amazing food. The flight path isn’t an annoyance as you could only hear the planes for about 20 seconds. The food in the hotel in both the buffet restaurant and Italian were some of the best I’ve had at an all inclusive hotel. If you’re a “fussy” eater, then this won’t be for you as there isn’t really a “chicken nuggets and chips section”, the standard of lunch and tea were at a high standard, the range was to a good level and the tastiness to a high level. If you have a sweet tooth, the dessert section was certainly impressive with so much selection. The ice cream shop and bakery certainly filled a gap too. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spacious, beds comfy and much welcomed A/C. A modern uplift certainly gives the hotel a more clean and pleasing perspective. The cleaners were friendly, probably the most friendliest of the staff. As for the rest of the staff, most were genuinely miserable which was disappointing to say the least, we felt that bar staff and restaurant staff were rude and didn’t want to be there. The only negative I will say about this hotel is that the entertainment was to a very poor standard, we had a mixture of a Latin night, Greek night and some form of ABBA show. It was strange that it started so late in the evening and finished within an hour, leaving people to their own devices after. However the DJ in the day played some good songs and the vibe was brilliant. Unless you looked at the days itinerary you wouldn’t have a clue what the entertainment team was doing as they weren’t very engaging with guests. Lots of sun beds, day bed’s and loungers to choose from without the hassle of fighting a German to secure one, around the pool in the day the QR code that you ordered drinks to your bed was a life saver as the bar area is busy with only 1 bar staff on and working extremely hard. Good cocktails too!! Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here. 30 mins to the old town as well, much better at night than in the day.
