as a couple we spent 7 nights in the mitsis faliraki 5* hotel! first impressions very clean and immaculate, the hotel is in a great location directly on the beach front, close to bus tops taxis and faliraki center being a minute walk outside the hotel! the hotel room was clean with a great addition of a mini fridge stocked up every day with a variety of drinks, all 3 bars had a different selection of drinks with fresh fruits icecream and freshly made crepes at the pool bar! staff were very freindly and nothing was ever too much trouble, the a la carte resturants were absolutley fantastic! the food was exceptional, evening entertainment was lively and enjoyable, small shop inside the hotel was very cheap with a good selection of things to buy, overall we really enjoyed our stay here

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday was amazing as always Great Sandy beach , beach bar with waiter service Michalis and Nikos such great guys The food is delicious and plentiful..main restaurant with themed nights so good 5 al a carte restaurants on an evening and 1 brunch .. they can be pre booked via the mitsis app ( recommend you do this ) There are 4 pools at the hotel and are fresh water pools they also have some private swim up pools The staff are what makes this hotel very special they cannot do enough for you .. I’m not going to name as I may forget someone.. and from management, receptionists , guest relations, concierge, waiters , cleaning staff all work tirelessly and always very friendly Rooms are quite small but have great comfortable bed , fab aircon , nespresso machine , kettle , mini fridge which is stocked every day

We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and there are always things you can fault and the main negative thing about the Mitsis Faliraki is the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s ok, but the food quality and selection is below standard in my opinion for a 5 star hotel. However, I am still rating this hotel as 5 stars because there are so many amazing things on offer. Staff, professional, hardworking and polite. We ate at most of the 7 al a carte restaurants and the food was exceptional every time. The pool area is excellent with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and there are further areas to sunbathe on the beach area and garden area - which are all part of the hotel complex. There are a few bars to choose from and you never have to wait long to be served. Plus the crepe stand is always busy with savoury and sweet crepes on offer. There is also a pizza oven which gets fired up on some afternoons with lovely pizza. Mini bar in the room is free of charge and stocked up with beers, wine and fizzy drinks every day. The location is superb and right at the end of the Faliraki ***** with many bars and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cool and clean. The evening entertainment was very decent most evenings with a variety of different acts. My only criticism is that this hotel should allow for a bed and breakfast option because you can’t eat at the al a carte restaurants every night. But I still award this hotel 5 out of 5. Overall it’s excellent and we will return again in the future.

We were really nervous which destination and which hotel to choose, as our first summer holiday for our son (2,5 years) and daughter (5 years). I have to say that Mitsis Faliraki was extraordinary fantastic. Nice hotel rooms, fantastic food, excelent sand beach (first 10 metres available for our small boy), but on top of that was the team. Baby friendly hotel is not about equipment and fancy stuff, but about people and their approach and from this point of view we really found our homeplace in Greece. Extraordinary thanks to Daniela, Ilias and Stefan George. You guys made our holiday trully beatifull. First time ever here, but not for last time for sure. Ondřej ( Czech Republic)

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved our stay, everything was perfect. I give full credit to the staff. Making sure everything is perfectly clean all guests are well catered for and always extremely polite friendly and helpful. The food was incredible not having one repeated dish. All fresh and lovely. Not to mention the facilities including the beautiful beach that literally on the same grounds as the hotel. Also, we never had a problem getting subbed at any time in the day. Thankyou for a perfect holiday. I would happily stay again.

Amazing Experience at Hotel Mitsis Faliraki Beach! My stay at Hotel Mitsis Faliraki Beach was nothing short of fantastic. The hospitality was at the highest level, with the staff going above and beyond to make every moment of my stay memorable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the beach, just steps away, was absolutely beautiful. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, ensuring that there was something for everyone. A few tips for future guests: Be sure to reserve a table for each of the à la carte restaurants in advance, as they can fill up quickly. If you want to secure a sunbed by the pool, it’s best to get up early, as they tend to be claimed fast. And don’t miss the evening events with live music, which start at 21:00—arrive by 20:30 to get a good table and enjoy the entertainment. For the full Greek experience, I also recommend stepping outside the hotel and visiting a local restaurant. It’s a great way to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine and truly immerse yourself in the local culture. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to return!

A very pleasant and interesting experience at this hotel. High quality services, accompanied by the kindness and permanent smile of the employees. Excellent food and drinks at every meal. The room is permanently clean with all functional utilities. I recommend this hotel with great pleasure.

Absolutely outstanding hotel! I don't know where to start with this as everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean; rooms, communal areas, pools, bars etc. The room mini bar is free and a nice touch. Free towels for the beach and pool that you can change daily. The staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered, nothing was ever too much trouble; and I mean all staff throughout the hotel from maids, waiters, concierge etc. The bars stock every drink and cocktail known to man. They do a mean expresso martini! The buffet restaurant can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! There are 7 al a carte restaurants and we used 5 of them, all brilliant and a pleasant change from the buffet restaurant. Our particular favourites were the Greek and Italian restaurants. The entertainment is good day and night. Plus the hotel is right on the beach with waterworks available and Faliraki centre about 5 mins away if you fancy something different outside the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again and try others in this chain. Thank you for helping us have such a memorable holiday.
