A truly excellent accommodation.
The rooms are spacious, bright and well decorated.
The pool and bar are excellent.
The staff (and the boss) are friendly, welcoming and friendly.
Highly recommend.

Another fantastic stay at the Coliseum Studios, and it didn’t disappoint. Huge studios with plenty of room. Linda works so hard keeping the rooms clean, bedding/towels changed etc. I don’t think people appreciate how hard they actually work. Gorgeous pool, plenty of sun beds and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of good food and drinks available at the bar. Paul, Diane, Niko and all the team do an exceptional job, and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. You treat people the way you like to be treated yourself. A bit of respect doesn’t cost anything. Thank you so much for everything and a lovely holiday guys, it really was appreciated. We will see you again next year. Dawn and Marcus.

Avoid ! We arrived in the evening with the owner meeting us but saying that we were lucky as he was then leaving. Was put into apartment No 9 which was like being in a dungeon. One key that only unlocked the door. Light bulbs didn’t work. Bathroom so small with towel mat on the outside in the kitchen and a pot noodle pot for your toothbrushes One rough towel each. Mattresses placed on a wooden platform with a wardrobe that was so old and curtains hanging on it. No dressing tables or other to put clothes away. Second bedroom had two single beds and a very small wardrobe Sheets that were so thin that you could see through them. Ants crawling everywhere. Awful .. Owner and his No 2 were very rude didn’t even bother to check in. Found alternative accommodation and moved out the next morning. Good luck if you have booked at this place but be ready to be disappointed.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Awful place. We left on our own accord due to the dirty conditions of the apartment. An American Greek chunky man named Paul was extremely rude snatching ice creams from young children and had a little sheep named Diane (quite large old lady) who would follow him round and treat people the exact same. Whole place stank of grease and was riddled with bugs. Disgusting. Please avoid.

Stayed at coliseum in August the hotel location is good the rooms are basic but practical the staff and owner are polite and knowledgeable and it's very close to St Thomas's Beach which is the best beach. Only thing that would make it better would to have increased room cleaning, in my experience of the travel industry most people would pay a little bit more in the holiday price to cover this.

For the price I paid this place is 100% a great place to stay. I've literally just got back from a relaxing week there and it was exactly what I needed. Excellent spacious & clean apartment. Great pool Fantastic food. Superb owner & staff. I honestly can't fault it and I've stayed in many Greek apartments. Excellent value for money & would definitely book again in a heartbeat. When you stay at Coliseum, it's like finding a gem that you thought was lost many decades ago. The charismatic Paul together with his thoroughly able crew of Diane and Rob guide you through a perfect stay at a haven of Pefkos, the like of which got lost and buried under the storm of the Internet, smartphones, laptops, political correctness, wokery, tour groups, soulless hotels, cafés and restaurants, tour groups, QR codes and impatience. The guests, the vast pool, the architecture, the vibe, the location and the general chilled atmosphere will possibly shock. It's all here. The staff do not try to sugarcoat; if you're rude or you've got that superior attitude don't be surprised at the response. It's not a corporate chain with HQ in Zurich or Oslo. In the same way that certain people should be told "If you don't like abortion, don't have one" or "If this book offends you, don't read it" I would put up a sign at Coliseum "If you don't like it here, or dont like us, piss off!". It's all good here. Lovely studios and apartments with all that is needed; food prepared from scratch, excellent music at the pool, guests talking to each other (!!), lots of trees, and of course Paul, the star of the show who will do everything possible to help out, advise, smile, chat and make us glad that this polished gem is here. If you think it's unreasonable to not bring your own food and drink to the pool, you better go elsewhere. Enjoy. Thank you Paul, Diane, Rob. Long may Coliseum reign. ＜3

This was our 2nd stay so already knew it was basic so I’ll begin with the positives. Location is bang on, very central. The pool is lovely, plenty of beds. We stayed in a studio, very spacious, lots of wardrobe space and loads of coat hangers! Nice balcony but being on the ground floor we were bothered by the cats. Now the negative. Uncomfortable beds, and the cleaner only came once to change the towels and bedding. The food at the pool bar isn’t great and the drinks prices aren’t cheap. After paying during check in for the air con, room tax and safe, on day 5 the air con was switched off. When we went to sort it the owner was very stroppy with us, saying we hadn’t paid! We assured him we had, quoting exactly how much we paid. The next morning we went to have a word with Diane who checked us in and she also insisted we hadn’t payed, saying she hadn’t written it in the book so we can’t have, i even went over the conversation we had when she said we probably wouldn’t need it, but she wouldn’t have it, saying she couldn’t imagine why she wouldn’t put it in the book? We were maid to feel like liars but we stood our ground. In future I suggest they start giving out receipts like most places do! It certainly soured our holiday

Absolutely fabulous time here, the pool! Freshwater. We felt very much 'at home'..ate here everyday for brunch/ lunch, Diane the cook was great. Rob, Lisa and Paul all very welcoming and helpful. People stay here year after year and for weeks on end. Rooms have everything you need. Perfect spot for all the bars, restaurants, walking or running..we are coming back.
