We had a family holiday at this hotel in June 2025. As soon as we arrived (almost midnight) we were greeted by the receptionist. He was the most welcoming ive experienced in years. Good start. Quick process to check-in and we were given sandwiches as we had arrived so late. Directed to our room which is in the other building (less than 1 min walk), however, the elevator isn’t too easy to find when you arrive at first. I asked the barman - Jordan - who left his post and walked us to the elevator. Nothing but smiles and a friendly attitude. Exactly what we needed after a long days travel. Got to our room. They are fairly well appointed, and clean. TV, coffee making facilities, fridge, safe (no extra cost) and toiletries. Two bottles of water were already cooling in the fridge for us. One downside noted as the week went on - tea/coffee, cups and water were never replenished. We bought our own from the very close supermarket. No issues. One disappointment at this time is that we were on the fourth (top) floor and none of these rooms have an actual balcony. Not a deal breaker but definitely made for a less comfortable evening when getting ready. The attitude of the staff was a theme throughout the week. Never met one single staff member who didn’t have a smile and a ‘good morning’ when you walked past. The pool is a decent size with three slides that enter into a small splash pool away from the main event. This is all overseen by a lifeguard - Giannis - who is on duty for the full opening period of the pool. We were a party of five and had no issues any mornings getting 5 pool beds together. There is a spa next to the pool that provide pool towel between 10am-11am and again 5pm-6pm. These can be changed daily, which is great if you are on the top floor and struggle to dry towels. Daytime entertainment is what you would expect. Aqua aerobics, Pilates, darts, water Polo, Beach Volleyball. The entertainment staff again are superb. All ran energetically by the crazy Mikey, Jenny and Hannah. Pool bar stocks snacks, rolls, sandwiches, pastries and cakes that are all on a ‘help-yourself’ basis. Full Ice cream freezer and pots, spoons again - as much as you like. This bar is managed daily by Giorgios (great young lad) Meals - acceptable but not overly great to be fair. Every day seemed very very similar. Definitely not a talking point but certainly not the worst one Ive seen. Probably worth planning for a couple of meals out. Nighttime entertainment - it’s average at best. The staff try hard but clearly the budget for outside acts isn’t always there, although the Greek night felt very authentic. In that subject, a short walk from the hotel - past Anastasia Supermarket and Ideal Taverna leads you up onto the main road of Kremasti. On the same side as the Pharmacy and about 150yds further on is a bus stop. Regular busses straight along the coast road into Rhodes town. About 20mins and €3 per head. There you can have anything
