We couldn’t have been happier with our apartment, very clean and spacious. A washing machine was in our room which was a massive help, and although the location isn’t beach front it isn’t far from the town. The staff are very attentive and helped immediately with any queries we had, and sorted out all day trips we wanted to go on. Highly recommend to anyone who will have their own car - you even get your own pool.

My sister and I discovered Kolymbia Village in 2021 and loved it, so when we decided to return to Rhodes Island in October 2024, we didn't bother looking for another place to stay - this was perfect! The houses are spacious, the beds super comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the private pool is very lovely. Also, the way the whole resort is designed, provides plenty of privacy to all the guests. The views are lovely on either side - the sea and the mountains, and both Rhodes City and Lindos are within easy driving distance.

Very clean place with a magnificent view of the sea and sunrise. It was lovely and quiet at night which is exactly what we wanted from the place. We had our own bbq which was a really nice touch. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you so much.

We stayed for the first time at a Kolymbia Village (suite with private pool) and it was perfect! The appartement was clean, had everything you need and the bed is perfect! Check in and check out was very easy and the staff is very pleasant to help you at any time. Would go back again to this place!

Wow what can we say, after an initial mishap with booking .com and booking Paradise Gardens, totally our own fault, Petros came through with a three bed villa in Paradise Village, Antonia and Petros could not do enough to make our stay perfect, even to the point of coming out at 9.30pm to fix the front door. everything was spotlessly clean and enough equipment for 6 people. Beds were very comfortable and air con was a welcome relief in the 33 degree heat, swimming pool was also fantastic and although the other half felt it was cold i didn't mind it. The only minor thing the sunbeds could do with updating. it is self catering and although it had all the white goods needed we ate out, but if you wanted to cook everything in the villa is perfectly adequate to the point of even a dishwasher and a washing machine, its great coming home to a cold climate knowing the majority of clothes are already clean. TV had netflix not that we watched a lot but a couple of evenings was good to chill out after a night out and before going to bed. on our last day of check out BA cancelled our flight home but Antonia came to the rescue and offered us a two bedroom if we needed it, luckily or not we got taken to Athens overnight. would thoroughly recommend this place and am looking to book for next June or September. overall great value for money.

An amazing family run place which is welcoming, friendly, efficient and an absolute pleasure to stay at. The villa was beautiful and clean with fantastic views and a lovely pool. The owners and staff are so friendly and extremly helpful and informative. I was sent a link to order online and have my groceries delivered to my villa for arrival and everything went smoothly. Their recommendation of local Taverna was spot on and I spent time experiencing the Greek hospitality and wonderful local food. I had an amazing time thank you.

Exceptional experience! Spotlessly clean, helpful friendly staff, amazing variety & standard of food with allergens, gluten free and other intolerances clearly & reliably labelled. GF pasta & pizza delicious! Adult only dining area appreciated. Lovely adult only bar available from 9pm as well - ask staff. Book Relax area room if you prefer it quieter - Activity area is full on! Evening entertainment good. Clearly geared up for families & little ones. Highly recommended 👏

Beautiful villas with lovely pools, very modern - could do with some more cooking implements (wooden not plastic and a couple smaller pans/ cooking tray ) and sharper knives but literally the only thing we could fault it on. verp helpful concierge ( antonia) who gave us a list of places to see and told us of cheapest supermarket to use. Lots of lovely towels left for us to use, a washing machine in bathroom, good shower, lovely comfy beds, free aircon. The pools are a good size and there was pool guy came round every couple days to check and clean out, all the pools seemed to be different shapes and looked lovely at night all lit up. Great balconies to sit out on and sunbathe with amazing views out to the sea and hills around. You are a fair walk into Kolymbia but you can whatsapp the local taxi who is great costs about 10-12euro each way. A hire car is a bonus to get about. Well worth a visit to these villas.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed in apartment 216 and it was really private with a stunning view. You definitely need a car, but it’s a great spot for exploring Rhodes with some beautiful, quiet beaches very close. The team are super friendly and responsive too. Highlight for us was dinner at Stegna Kozas - fabulous seafood restaurant in lovely seaside village, but sunset by our pool was a very close 2nd!
